Aspire UK is a local reputable care provider with over 22 years' experience, providing high quality care services to the people of Leicester and Leicestershire with the aim to enrich the lives of clients. The service is built around the individual needs of each client and is delivered by a handpicked team of care and support staff that provide compassion, reliability, empathy and integrity in everything that they do.

Care staff ensure that clients are at the centre of everything they do, ensuring they provide exceptional person centred care services to enhance their quality of life.

Aspire UK's services include:

Home Care General: Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, 24 hour care, Waking and Sleep-in Services, Companionship, Respite Care, Dementia, End of Life Care, Live In Care and Help with appointments like doctors, hospital, etc.

Complex Care Services: for clients with Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Learning Disabilities, Autism etc.

The clinical services the team provide include:

- Respiratory management such as non-invasive ventilation, cough assist and oral suction
- Tracheostomy care including tracheal suction and changes
- Gastrostomy feeding
- Medication management
- Epilepsy management and Buccal Midazolam Administration
- Stoma and Catheter care
- Moving and handling, including hoisting

The branch works in partnership with Leicester City Council & Leicestershire County Council, NHS and GPs as well as a number of charities.

My Mum suffers from dementia and other various medical conditions. In the time she has had care from Aspire UK she has felt that there is someone there to care for her. The carers are doing an excellent job and so are the team leaders and office staff/management. Everyone is very helpful and responsive
to any queries and support my Mum or I require.

The care from some carers is excellent, but I think some of the office staff need to communicate. Left-arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing at times. I ring and still wait for the reply. I can honestly say the only person I can rely on is the team leader - he does get things done and gets back
when he says.

I found "ASPIRE" is a very good professional care provider. All carers and the office staff including the team leader are excellent. I have found the office staff and the management are very helpful, professional and responsive.

Trish is the Registered & Operations Manager for Aspire UK. Trish has worked in the Health & Social Care Sector for over 40 years in various roles but the last 30yrs have been in management, managing Care Homes for Adults and Children, Supported Living and Home Care Organisations.


Trish oversees both our Homecare and Complex Care Divisions.


In her spare time, Trish loves baking cakes, travelling as well long walks with her dogs.

Jaspreet Anand

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Jaspreet has been working in the health and social care sector for more than a decade. She started as a Care Coordinator and progressed to Recruitment and then Training Manager. Over the last 4 years she has overseen the Quality and Compliance of the whole organisation, Jaspreet believes that staff development and training are essential to offering quality home care


Outside of work she practices Yoga and Reiki and loves going on long walks.

Vanita has been a valued member of the Aspire team for over 9 years, initially starting her care journey as a part-time team member on the Emergency Duty Team. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the local branch, ensuring the highest quality care and support is delivered to all our clients.


Vanita loves keeping fit and working out at the gym, her other main hobbies are travelling and cooking.

Kerry Morgan’s role is to deliver a high standard of quality care support to all our clients and to develop person-centred Support Plans, Needs Assessments, and carry out Risk Assessments, to ensure clients' safety and the care they receive is effective.


She has a compassionate and caring nature and likes to learn things to develop her skills. She has always had a genuine concern for other people’s welfare, and empathy for their situation, as ageing, can be a difficult, confusing and, at times, painful process.

Emma has worked within the care sector for 20+ years, she commenced working at the age of 17 as a domestic and then progressed to a care assistant, senior care worker, head of care then deputy manager.


Emma now works for Aspire UK as a Quality Monitoring Officer, which gives her the enjoyment of all her previous roles rolled into one.

"As Quality Monitoring Officer, as with my other roles, my main passion is our service users. I love knowing that I have made a difference, no matter how big or small, to their lives, and also their families. It is my belief that we are not only there to support the service user, but also their families. Accepting care staff into your home or sometimes just admitting you need help can be a big thing for people".


In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 wonderful children, and two grandsons.

Kasey Comery

Kasey has worked in children's homes prior to working for Aspire UK. Kasey joined the team in 2022 as a Quality Monitoring Officer and loves what she does. She support both our clients and care staff out in the field.

"My passion is enabling our clients to reach their full potential and live independently whilst remaining safe in their own home. My positive approach to caring and empathy enable me to make a difference in each individual’s life. Seeing my clients smile gives me great job satisfaction".


Outside of work she love going on long walks, cooking, shopping and days out with my friends.
