Well, what can I say? Thank you doesn't seem enough but what would we do without our wonderful carers who are more like friends and family to us, both with all their support and understanding, through the ups and downs. Care Wyvern are a fantastic care company. All carers are very considerate to my needs. The care/support I receive is outstanding. They have kept my dignity and respect my wishes in my personal care. The carers are always in their uniforms, all wash hands and use PPE where necessary. They are polite
and chatty. The office staff have been great when I need to cancel or enquire about care calls, always polite and informative.

I’ve been with Care Wyvern for 10+ years and some of the carers have been coming for that long. They’ve proven to be friendly but also professional and any issue I may have had has been dealt with swiftly and in confidence. I now use the app to check my scheduled visits and carers, along with my personal
care notes which is very simple, effective and up to date.

I found the standard of care very good from every carer who came to help me, and the office staff were helpful when I needed to change my time slot and was able to cancel care as I can now manage independently.
It is good to know that I can contact you again should I find myself needing help again
in the future.

I am very pleased and relieved that the manager and her care staff are looking after my father. The manager is highly professional, polite and approachable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her to act upon. Attention to detail and the safety of my father is shown by all staff throughout their visits.
My father depends on the carers to help him with his personal care and his loneliness. Due to visual and hearing impairments, my father trusts the staff to administer his medication safely to him.
I would recommend this agency, manager and staff, to anyone who is looking for first-class care for their loved one.
They go beyond just their duties with their roles by ensuring that the well being of my father is a high priority. They are like angels and show empathy and kindness as well as following correct procedures. When an emergency situation arises, they act swiftly and keep me updated.

How wonderful and refreshing in this day and age to have such a fantastic service to the needy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, not once did the company let my mum down. I was kept fully informed and up to date on any ongoing or new concerns that were happening. The office staff were hands-on and
always there for help and advice and always knew what was going on. It's without question my mum stayed in her home as long as she did thanks to Care Wyvern.

All the ladies are so caring and so friendly. They all treat my mother like she is their family. We cannot praise Wyvern enough. If you have a problem and phone the office it is rectified immediately. Excellent service.

Am pleased on the whole with the attention and help I get from the carers. They are friendly and bring a fresh outlook on life. I am not so happy with the timing of the visits but am prepared to accept the difficulties the office experiences.

I have found Care Wyvern to be competent and professional in its service. The initial assessment was exemplary, noting the medical/personal needs of the patient, the important home information and the requirements I need to see met for her on a daily basis. Other providers need to take note.
Any issues
are dealt with fairly well by the supervisor with only a few problems with regards to communication between the company and myself/GP. Other providers need to take note.
The doubling up of note-taking is a little time consuming but the carers are always chatting and try to include the patient whilst they do that. I have no problem with things being recorded on paper as it enables me and the patient to check things when a problem arises. Other providers need to take note.
I hope they don't change anything about their service as it is excellent as it stands. And yes, other providers need to take note.

Some of the carers are more on the ball than others, things like replacing lids, wiping out the commode, making sure mum has her teeth in, pulling the curtains and making the bed.

I have been here on several occasions when the carer has been here (different ones). They are mainly very professional and caring but with only 30 minutes with my mother, I am a bit dismayed to find that they spend (at least) 10 minutes of every visit writing notes and then writing them again on their
mobiles (or whatever they are). I know it is necessary to record but twice seems excessive when they could do more for the client - or even chat more.

All of the care team have been excellent providing my mother with care. From our initial meeting when my mum was in hospital to her care at home to date, we have been very happy with it all. My mum thinks the carers are wonderful and they have helped towards making her so happy.
