Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback. Your kind words truly touch us. We're delighted that our team could provide such meaningful support during what we know can be a challenging transition. It's wonderful to hear how their thoughtful approach to your mum's early-onset dementia, rephrasing questions and taking time to understand her needs, helped put you both at ease. We're equally pleased that the carers have continued to build a warm and cheerful rapport with your mum while tending to her daily needs with such care. Your recognition means the world to us, and we'll be sure to share your praise with the team. If there's ever anything more we can do to support your mum, please don't hesitate to reach out-we're here to help.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate your recognition of our team's dedication, care, and professionalism means a great deal to us. Our carers strive every day to provide compassionate, reliable support, and it's heartening to hear that their efforts shine through in their interactions with your mum.We also take your concerns about travel time and wheelchair assistance very seriously. To ensure punctuality, we will remind all carers to take extra time for potential delays when using public transport or company vehicles. Additionally, though carers are trained, we will reinforce training on safe wheelchair manoeuvring, particularly through doorways, to guarantee your mum's comfort and safety at all times. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we're committed to making these adjustments to deliver even better care. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further suggestions, we're always listening.

b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.957 for Carewise Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (22 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 23 Ratings = 4.957
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Carewise Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
