Alina Homecare is outstanding. The management is very effective and nothing is a problem. The carers are delightful and do their job with sensitivity and professionalism. They are willing and able to do whatever is asked.
My life has been enhanced with Alina.

We are grateful to have Alina Homecare visiting Mum twice a day.
The carers contribute a lot to Mum's well-being.
They are kind and treat Mum well and with respect. They chat with her and give her social interaction. We particularly appreciate that when possible it is a regular carer who comes.
The
office team too is always very helpful.

My mum has been having care from Alina for about two years now. Although my mum has dementia, the carers are very compassionate and caring towards her, always making her laugh.
They come in three times a day and are always on time (if they are running late, which is very rare, they ring my dad to tell
him) and the care they give my mum is excellent.
As my mum is now bedridden, they make sure there are no pressure sores and she is always comfortable. The office staff are always friendly and helpful as well. Can’t thank them enough for all they do.

We are so incredibly fortunate to have Alina Homecare helping us look after Mom. We have had some of the worst care companies that the county could scrape up and we were in complete despair.
Then we were assigned Alina Homecare, and oh my goodness, that’s when we discovered just how wonderful some
people are.
All of the ladies from Alina are great, but I have to make an extra special mention to Mom's regular carers. These ladies are quite literally worth their combined weight in gold. They are incredibly special really make Mom smile, but they also give me peace of mind, which is a rare commodity when caring for Mom. They are so well attuned to her needs, that they can alert us to things before they become an issue.
We owe all of Mom’s carers a huge thank you for their care and attention and amazing compassion.

The carers come twice daily (AM and PM). Every time they show compassionate care, making sure my husband is comfortable with everything they are doing. They always speak to him and laugh with him (even though he has limited communication etc). They always tidy up afterwards, making the bed and putting
washing in the laundry basket or washing machine and they never leave without asking if there is anything else they can help with!

It has been an absolute pleasure to watch the care, compassion, and empathy that the Alina ladies have shown towards my friend in the last year. He has when possible enjoyed their visits and company and they have bought a smile to his face. As his illness progressed, the carers took our worries onboard
and went out of their way to support us all. As care needs increased, the office made sure the team were well informed and care plans adjusted and followed. I personally would not hesitate to use Alina again or recommend them.

I cannot recommend this wonderful team of carers enough, from the first day we began the search for homecare for Dad they have been kind, helpful, and supportive. From the ladies in the office to the fantastic carers that visit Dad every day, they have made a difficult time for us all so much easier.

My father has in the last two months started receiving care from Alina after suffering a life-changing stroke and a dementia diagnosis. From the moment we were put through to Alina the service has been exemplary, the manager and the other workers in the office were very quick to come out and evaluate
Dad to see what he requires. The care plan and recommendations of what care he should receive have been perfect, they have taken the time to carefully consider what is best for my dad. The carers that have been to my Dad have all been brilliant with him they have been very patient, shown empathy, and are always on time. My dad values his walk with the carers and the conversations that cheer him up. My personal thanks go to the branch manager and her team who have gone above and beyond the line of duty to ensure my father has had something to eat when he had run out of money after a change in circumstances. This act of generosity was very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
