Thank you for this review. It is always hard to get used to having outside help; it takes time to get used to it. But I am glad that progress is being made.
In terms of the cooking help, this is very interesting and thank you for pointing it out. In fact, we have a programme looking at cooking and how we can improve, which just kicked off this month. It should start to feed through to the carers in the early part of next year.
