We were provided with two carers, 4 times a day. We were never let down and they usually arrived at the prescribed time. Without exception, they were gentle and kind to my husband and their caring was just what was needed.

I would like to send my thanks to all your staff who helped care for my ninety-nine-year-old father before he passed away a couple of weeks before Christmas and their enquiring after him while he was in hospital. It meant a lot knowing he was being looked after. I would also like to thank you for refunding
the deposit you were holding on behalf of my father which I received safely. Please say thank you to your staff for me.

Since May 2017 the team at Lifeline Health has provided an excellent level of care and support, not only to my mother but also to our family, with whom they have maintained an exemplary standard of communication. The efficiency, cheerfulness and kindness of all who have helped to provide contact with
us has helped to assuage any despondency and enabled us to view my mother’s difficulties with positivity and good humour.


The standard of care has been excellent and the care manager has personally attended numerous meetings and undertaken my mother’s personal care on occasion, ensuring her well-being. In all the team has done, they have sought to safeguard my mother and ensure that she receives the optimum level of care.


I would have no hesitation in recommending Lifeline Health Ltd to anyone seeking home care.

As I don't live local to Mum, she was finding it hard to cope and asked me to organise some carers. Community Lifeline were chosen as they were local. It started out with 30 minutes, two days shopping and 45 minutes one day cleaning a week. The team were soon in contact with me saying that Mum was not
taking all her pills, and was sometimes hallucinating. The doctor was called, who called an ambulance and the carer stayed until I could get there. This resulted in a spell in hospital.
On her discharge I sprung it on Lifeline to restart the care again, but with an evening visit on the same three days. This was done for the next day.
At short notice, I asked to change a call as building work was taking place where Mum lives. One of the team called in early on her day off, as no-one was available.
Then over a recent weekend, Mum had an episode with her pills. Again I sprung it on a Sunday for Lifeline to increase her care to every morning and evening and to take charge of the medication seven days a week. This was achieved.
One of the team noticed that Mum having a reaction to her pills. I asked her to call NHS111 to get advice, they sent an emergency doctor and I asked the carer to be present to explain what had happened. At 96, Mum can be a bit picky and difficult, but she has taken to the team and looks forward to them coming. As I live so far away, Community Lifeline are my eyes and ears on Mum.

Community Lifeline have provided outstanding and excellent care for my parents over the last few years. This enabled my mum and dad to stay in their own home safely and with a really good quality of life as their care needs increased.
At every level, Community Lifeline were very professional. This
included a detailed care plan that developed with changing needs and meticulous care in overseeing quite complex medicine and prescription needs.
These were always delivered by skilful, friendly, and caring staff well trained in assisting the elderly who we got to know almost as part of the family.
Living a considerable distance away we felt that mum and dad were always safe with a response for small emergencies just a phone call away.
We would heartily recommend Community Lifeline.

Maria started as a carer at Community Lifeline and has progressed through the company.

I first worked for Community Lifeline in 2011 at that time I came in as a manager.


I have left twice but I love working in care and meeting new clients and care staff. At community Lifeline I have made long-lasting friendships, that I have kept through the years.


I have not always had it easy with a lot of illnesses in my own family, I was lucky that the directors showed great compassion when I needed it. Many of the staff come from nursing terminally ill family members. Which helps when it’s needed to understand the family members of our clients.


Over the years I have worked alongside amazing people and given guidance to those who needed it
and trained staff in many areas.


I am now auditing. And enjoy being part of a very professional and compassionate team.

It was through working with the committed admin team that she sought to fill their Recruiter position and continue to work alongside them.
