We have been clients of Complete Care West Yorkshire for approximately two years and have found the company structure very good
The service we receive is in the form of cleaning service for our residential bungalow
We have had a few cleaners provided but now we have a regular lady who is fantastic
in her dedication to the service she provides
She is prompt in her timing on arrival and very reliable in her performance in the work she performs for us
We don't have tell her what to do now as she fulfills the hour and a half to the full
If there is a downside the company don't allow the cleaning to take place without our presence. I can understand the reasoning for this but it just means on some occasions we have to cancel the service
In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company

I cannot fault the care provided by the carers at Complete Care. They go above and beyond to provide the care. I can see exactly what has happened on every visit through the app. Signed up to the free monthly health checks. Also provide a nail cutting/manicure would recommend to everyone. First class.

The carers are all well trained, well supervised, discreet and charming. They are very professional in their approach to my husband and brighten our

We are very happy with the service received from Complete Care West Yorkshire. My only reason for putting 4 stars not 5 is last year there was a recurrent issue which took longer than expected to resolve on the ground, even though management were responsive to, apologetic and appreciative of my feedback
each time I informed them of the matter. That aside and resolved for several months now, the vast majority of and most recent service has been 5-star, and we'd have no hesitation in recommending Complete Care West Yorkshire to others.

My mother only has the carers 5 days (mornings) a week so I don't have any contact with them. The reason being, it gives me peace of mind that she is ok until I get there. She seems happy enough with her care and it's nice for her to see a different face each morning.

All the Complete Care West Yorkshire staff have been fantastic since they have been caring for my father who has dementia. Despite the fact that he is rather resistant to having them around, they always treat him with kindness and respect and the family has great peace of mind knowing they are checking
in on him when we are unavailable. The online portal is also very helpful - it's reassuring to be able to see the notes the carers make so we know if anything further is needed.
The office staff have also been brilliant - helping us navigate this difficult situation - and recommending appropriate changes to the care package.

I really value the support from the Complete Care team in helping me to care for my husband. The carers are very competent and I appreciate how well they look after my husband with respect, kindness and patience. They ask how he is, chat with us together and individually, which is good for us both.
Once he is safe and comfortable, if time allows, the carers assist me with related tasks which takes some of the pressure off me. Any concerns are raised, noted and followed up by the carers or office who respond quickly. The weekly clean is also of a high standard from an efficient friendly, young lady. I have already recommended Complete Care to a friend.

I joined the company in 2018 as a Community Care Worker, this was my first care position and I absolutely loved this role.


In 2019 I progressed to Buddy and then Team Leader in 2020. My current role is now Care Coordinator, overseeing the work of the Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders.


I am passionate about helping others in my local community and feel my role allows me to make a positive difference.

Job Title: Trainer & Manual Handling Assessor

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.


After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.


I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.


I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.
