Excellent experience of Complete Care and cannot fault their service at all. Extremely happy with everyone I have met and spoken to in person and via the telephone, particularly two staff members who have been great in my interactions with them. The carer who initially came to see my mum was very professional
and friendly and took her time to find out my mum's requirements and to put us both at ease. All the carers who have visited my mum have been brilliant, very warm and friendly and have introduced themselves on arrival, nothing too much trouble for them, and keen to go the extra mile for my mum to make sure she was not left wanting anything. A great care provider, who I would not hesitate to use again as they have been fabulous and made me feel at ease whilst they were visiting my mum. Their professionalism is outstanding from the management down to the carers. Thank you for your service.

Once again an excellent service from this local care company who went above and beyond what I would expect of their carers.
My 89-year-old mother met a man who became an inappropriate visitor. The carers not only asked him to leave but phoned myself and informed me immediately. The situation has now
been resolved. The quick thinking and actions of their staff certainly made a big difference.

My mum has been struggling with being on her own since my dad passed away and we enlisted the services of Complete Care mainly for companionship for her. She still has her independence but her dementia makes it difficult for her to connect with people.
Just getting my mum out for some fresh air then
helping her with her crosswords and reminding her to have some lunch has taken a lot of pressure off my brother and me.
I would especially like to call out the carer who I witnessed with my mum one day.

Complete Care has been looking after my mother-in-law for several months now and we are pleased with the excellent care she receives. We have recently had to increase the care provided and this was organised quickly by Complete Care. If I need to ring them they are always there to listen and deal with

I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.


I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.


I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.
