    Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

My auntie was very reluctant to accept care as she is a fiercely independent lady, we have previous experience with Complete Care so assured her that maintaining her independence was top of their list! They didn't disappoint, she thoroughly enjoys visits from every single care worker and the attention
to detail is second to none. The girls go above and beyond, and when they noticed she wasn't eating much they took it upon themselves to call at her favourite bakery and get a bun they knew she would eat, in their own time! They notice every change in personality and behaviour and inform us straight away. We feel at ease knowing she has such tremendous care. We are eternally grateful to Complete Care. Thank you.

My care most of the time is exceptionally good. Most carers go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and if there is ever an issue they do their best to resolve it. With my issues, I sometimes struggle.

Recently went away for one week with all the immediate family. After using the service for just over a year I felt confident that he was in safe hands. I could keep an eye on the daily reports from the carers but really didn’t feel a need to. There was no one left in the UK to ring in case of emergency
but I was reassured that if necessary (it wasn’t) I would be contacted abroad. Although he is reluctant to accept care it has certainly made my life easier. Thank you.

I have found that the standards are high from the management team to the carers visiting my mother. Each care needs that Mum has is met with a friendly and experienced approach. Mum enjoys her carers and has regular faces which helps with her dementia. Carers have knowledge of her medical issues and

Amazing staff who actually care about my mum and take time with their job and meet all of her needs, nothing is too much for the staff they are truly amazing and we would be lost without them. I can't recommend Complete Care enough - and we have had other companies before so see the huge difference

We are very pleased with the standard of care that the Complete Care employees give my Dad, which helps him to remain in his own house. My Dad suffers from numerous conditions and is very forgetful. Timekeeping is good. The carers are kind, considerate, and respectful to him. Very often going above

I changed care provider to Complete Care West Yorkshire at the end of February, although I was apprehensive my nerves were soon settled by the care team. The carers are very professional and approachable making me soon feel at ease. The carers always attend on time and chat with me throughout the call.
It is important to me that I remain as independent as possible. I feel that my well-being is the primary focus of each call and I feel secure and relaxed. I look forward to contentment and positivity and feel we will have a good long-term relationship. The Complete Care team has enhanced my life.

Cannot thank Complete Care enough for the care given to my auntie when she had a very nasty fall. The carer rang for the ambulance, contacted the family and looked after my auntie until someone arrived. Prior to her discharge from the hospital, a night call was quickly put in place and within two days
her tea call was rearranged to allow all her medication to be taken as needed.
As a family, we know she is looked after by the best.

We are delighted to welcome Sarah to our team at Complete Care. As our new training and development manager, Sarah is responsible for expanding and enhancing our training programs for our staff. With a wealth of experience and qualifications, Sarah brings tremendous value and expertise to our management team. She has a passion for training and development, which greatly enhances the learning experience for our staff. Sarah holds an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, which helps her lead our team effectively. Additionally, her Level 4 qualification in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector makes her an excellent teacher and mentor. We look forward to the positive impact that Sarah will have on our training programs and staff development.

Becky Bartlett

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.


I am committed to delivering quality, person-centred care, my focus is always on how we can improve the service. I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I work hard to ensure staff and customer's needs are met through careful monitoring and supervision.


I understand the importance of continuous learning and development and share the same values as the company. As a result of my commitment to learning, I am currently working towards my level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.


My passion is helping people and I am fortunate to have a fantastic team to help me provide such a great service, vital to our local community.

Pauline Thompson

Job Title: Care Coordinator

I joined the company in 2018 as a Community Care Worker, this was my first care position and I absolutely loved this role.


In 2019 I progressed to Buddy and then Team Leader in 2020. My current role is now Care Coordinator, overseeing the work of the Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders.


I am passionate about helping others in my local community and feel my role allows me to make a positive difference.


I love how rewarding working in social care is whilst working with a team of like-minded individuals, who are equally committed and share the same vision and values of the company.

Lisa Wright

Job Title: Trainer & Manual Handling Assessor

Joined: 2011

I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.


After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I joined the team as a Community Care Worker back in 2018. I had never done care before but immediately fell in love with my role. I love helping others and get a great sense of pride knowing I have made a difference. As a result of my passion, I was made 'Buddy' and then went on to become a senior team leader.


I am currently working towards my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have built a wealth of experience and focused on developing my skills further.


I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.

I enjoy helping others which is why I chose to work in social care. Since joining the team, I have built up my confidence to progress from 'buddy' to Team Leader. Helping new starters that are new to care is a great experience, I love to tell people how rewarding it is to work in social care and show them how we make a positive difference.


I am currently studying for my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
