    Should you wish to terminate the contract, we kindly ask for a two-week notice period to arrange for the smooth discontinuation of services.

The care my mum receives is second to none. All carers show compassion and are very understanding of Mum's needs. They are always polite and treat Mum very respectfully. Our experience of Complete Care over the last 6 weeks of my auntie’s life was wonderful. Nothing was too much bother for them even though she was a fiercely independent 98-year-old and could be a right madam at times! She loved the interaction with them and looked forward to every visit. One of the
highlights of these visits was having a cup of Horlicks made. Their visits made our life so much easier knowing she was receiving such great care. Our thanks go to each and every carer who visited and we would thoroughly recommend Complete Care to anyone.

Complete Care service has been like a breath of fresh air and, in these difficult times, has completely restored our faith in there being professional, caring and competent providers of care. There is no doubt that we have experienced complete care since this company took over with our mother. Previous
experiences led us to believe that service providers, due to the National situation, were unable to provide a service that complied with service agreements and especially timekeeping. Complete Care gave us confidence from the outset, undertaking a thorough assessment of mother's needs and wishes and then ensuring that everything was in place. Carers have been very competent, professional, respectful, keeping family fully informed of any issues and, most of all, kind to mother. We cannot recommend Complete Care highly enough.

I joined the Complete Care team in 2016 as a Care Coordinator. I wanted the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills as I am passionate about social care. In 2022 I was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the company.

I ensure my entire team have high standards of quality care, by supporting them out in the community as well as in the office. I have always worked in care and began my career as a community care worker. After a short while I was promoted to Care Coordinator, this was a role I thoroughly enjoyed as I could ensure that the people i supported out in the community received the best possible care. I was responsible for managing and leading a team of twenty staff. It was during this time that I achieved my level 4 in Health and Social Care.


After Complete Care won the tender for Kirklees I was part of a team that transferred across to the company in 2011. I was the Kirklees Coordinator for Mirfield and then Denby Dale. Since joining Complete Care in 2011 I have been a finalist in the Care Awards no less than three times and even won the Regional Award for care coordinator in 2015. I loved my role as Coordinator but was attracted to the role of trainer and manual handling facilitator within the company. Complete Care identified my skills as a trainer, which led me to complete a training qualification in manual handling. I am now the sole trainer for Complete Care using my experience and knowledge to train others.

I enjoy helping others which is why I chose to work in social care. Since joining the team, I have built up my confidence to progress from 'buddy' to Team Leader. Helping new starters that are new to care is a great experience, I love to tell people how rewarding it is to work in social care and show them how we make a positive difference.
