My auntie receives a care package from Crescent Homecare. She receives five-star care from all the carers and from the management office workers. This is an excellent care company and the carers treat my auntie like their own family member. They all show respect and dignity to my auntie at all times.

Both my mam and I find the care and support excellent from Crescent Homecare. The staff are lovely and can't do enough to help where needed. Very friendly and my mam is always treated with dignity. I would definitely recommend Crescent Homecare to others who need help in their own homes.

My husband has a package of care at home provided by the team at Crescent. They have a team of experienced carers, who are dedicated to the work they do and do it with empathy and skill. The team allocated to my husband's care, give him independence, dignity and a high level of care tailored to his
complex medical needs. He is treated with respect, as an individual. The organisation is well run, with a lot of emphases placed on ensuring that staff are suitably trained, systems around medication are detailed and carefully followed, and that thorough care plans are in place. The management team is very hands-on and stays involved in the detail of the work their staff are doing. The staff are professional, friendly and reliable. Finding this service through local health care was life-changing for us. I would happily recommend this company.

Crescent Homecare offer an excellent, pain-free service. As with any organisation, they have excellent carers and good ones; the younger ones need to slow down and do the job instead of running to the next job! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I cannot recommend Crescent Homecare enough, they cared for my mam for approximately 3 months, Mam felt so comfortable and happy with the carers who looked after her.
When Mam became ill with Covid, they just couldn’t do enough for her, they gave great support to the family as well as Mam. The care
which was given was of a high standard, the carers were very professional and adhered to all Covid regulations.
She was treated like she was one of their own family members.
I would like to thank everyone who was involved with Mam's care, it was second to none. My family would like to express their gratitude to you all for the care you gave our mam during a very difficult time.

Crescent Homecare cared for both my Dad and Grandad when they were both in need last year before they passed. It was a very difficult time and they supported my Dad and Grandad with patience, humour and dignity throughout. They were also very supportive to me and responded to the complex, changing situation
with dedication and warmth. I am very grateful to them!

The staff treated my gran with respect. They cared and looked after her if they hadn't been there my gran would not have managed to stay at home which was the only option for her. They cared for her with decency and respect she loved them dearly, they were and are family, they kept her going for the
last 5 yrs and I personally couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be coming to help her with meals and make sure she was safe and comfortable. They really are the best people. I will be forever grateful for their time and help. The managers were always there to help support us and the staff always went above and beyond for her.

It is hard to find a care company with staff who have compassion and dedication as Crescent Homecare. Their care in the last weeks of my mum's life at the age of 96 in her own home was dignified and all that she had wished for.
They made coping with the current situation and mum’s welfare much easier
to bear.

As a business owner myself, any company that goes above and beyond the call of duty, has my vote.
Crescent care really did care about my father and gave the whole family peace of mind, knowing he was in such good hands.
Carers were exceptional, flawless, so kind, top-notch, all of the girls were
lovely, and we even had one lady that would sing to my dad.
In 8-months, we had one issue with one carer, and it was resolved swiftly and professionally.
My father was born and passed away in the same village at 87, all the girls had local knowledge, which is important to the elderly.
Anyone looking for a local company for their loved ones, I would not hesitate to recommend Crescent care.

I have had carers visiting my mother four times a day due to recent hospital admission. Every carer who visits has been on time, polite, very caring and gave my mum choices with all her meals, and nothing is too much for them.
I have regular communication with managers and office staff and are always
extremely helpful if we require any changes to Mum's care. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Crescent Homecare to other families who require care for loved ones.

As the grateful client of Crescent Homecare services of Langley Park, Durham I'd like to tell you how pleased I am with the caring service they provide. They employ a group of women (and 3 men) who are all characterised by a caring quality, which backed by expertise and efficiency ensure that those
in their care are always made comfortable in their illness or medical condition. I'm sure I'm telling you this on behalf of those unable to do so!

The ladies in blue they do everything, they're very professional they support me as well as my mother. Nothing is a problem with the care staff, as soon as they come into my house they get on with their job, they go over and beyond for my mother, I couldn't be without this company. Five stars aren't
enough for these Ladies. The overall standard is absolutely outstanding, they work efficiently without been asked.

Crescent were recommended to me by a very experienced case manager when I needed to arrange care for my mum at very short notice so that she could be discharged from hospital. They were outstanding. The package of care was arranged swiftly with minimum fuss and took into account all of mum's needs in
very difficult circumstances. They supplied items that the discharging hospital had failed to send, again with no fuss or delay. The carers arrived on time and carried out the tasks required with care and skill. Without exception, they could teach some of the supposed more qualified staff in hospital how to actually care about those they are looking after. They not only looked after mum but provided support and advice to other members of the family.
If regrettably, you need to arrange care for a relative or someone else then I suggest you ring them first.

I would highly recommend the staff from Crescent Care. My husband had the same circle of staff who would come to our home and this was ideal for him as he had memory loss. The staff were all gentle and caring for my husband, nothing was a problem. Also courteous and respectful towards our home. I felt
the staff supported myself and my husband. I couldn't thank them enough for the support they have given us both!

I am very happy with the care provided for my father. One of the features I like is every new carer is introduced to my father, this ensures carers know exactly what is required. Carers are friendly and show a genuine interest in the client. They actively look for things to do to help. My father is
very happy with the carers and says he is very well looked after.
Any help I have requested re my father's care has been forthcoming. Crescent Care provide a very good service - nothing is too much trouble!

My family cannot express how grateful we are to the staff at Crescent Homecare, who had been looking after my grandmother for just over 5 years. The staff and management went over and above to ensure that my grandmother was cared for in her own home, which gave us peace of mind, as we knew if there
was anything to report with regards to my grandmother then they would ring and inform us. I extremely recommend their company to anyone that is looking for a Domiciliary Care Agency in the County Durham Area.
