Our communication started during lock down. My parents at the time were being supported by family on the Island. Unfortunately my family both had COVID and could not look after my Parents. I was desperate being 8 hours drive away. I rang dozens of care
It was not till a couple of years later that I needed to ask Dolphin for daily regular care. They have been amazing. They ensure that the client and the family are kept very up to date. They do all they can to support any extra requirements with care hours. They listen are kind and caring, and they always bring a smile.
