We have used Everycare for the past year and have been very happy with all aspects of the service. Communication has been excellent, and we have been impressed that any issues identified by Everycare with my mum's care have been raised speedily and dealt with. They have been very good at keeping us
informed. In summary, it's a professional and efficient service, which has met my mum's needs.

Request for my specific service following total knee replacement surgery. I have found the service to be exemplary, personally tailored made, very friendly, very courteous and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. They have been flexible to my needs in all respects, changing appointments as needed as well
as being flexible to my needs on each visit. Very sensitive to my situation; gentle, caring and fun. Thank you.

I have been very pleased and in admiration of the care, I have been given by Everycare Eastbourne. The carers have been punctual and efficient, entertaining if allowed and create a bit of fun. They have been well supported by their HQ and I feel secure in the care of the agency.

I am very happy with all the carers that visit me and for what they do. They are all very polite and friendly and helpful and I am very lucky to be able to have them all. Also, the telephone staff is very pleasant and helpful whenever I ring.

Everycare responded to my call in a desperate hour of need. Within 7 hours we had live-in care. The carer was a godsend. My mother was instantly put at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.

The help provided has enabled my husband to stay in our home despite difficulties arising in his care due to limitation of age, compounded by the problems created during the onset of the Covid-19 crisis when help was continually difficult to obtain and access to medical facilities was also restricted.
The help provided was of a highly competent standard throughout.

Everycare has been wonderful from the first contact extremely pleasant, efficient, kind and helpful. My Mum's carer is perfect. She is so supportive to mum and so attentive, but she is also fun, jolly and empathetic. Cannot recommend Everycare highly enough.

Everyone provided an excellent live-in service that put my mind at rest when my mother came out of hospital after a fall. The care given by Everycare enabled my mother to safely get back to living independently again. Our thanks go to them all.

I have been extremely impressed by all of the staff in office and carers. I have had nothing but good feedback from my client - Every carer has been so friendly and kind and always full of the joys (in her words). I could not have managed the past six months without the girls from Everycare. It's been physically and emotionally demanding time and both myself and my mum have had every support possible.
Everything has been made so easy. Just a phone call to adapt and adjust as mum's care evolved and her situation
changed. Always cheerful and extremely professional - very kind and caring. Observant for things that need Dr attention. Great at getting a giggle out of mum. Absolute angels.
