Having come out of hospital after breaking my ankle. I was unable to do anything for myself (activities of daily living). Everycare carers came in everyday to do the essentials and were always on time and very efficient. Not only did they help me back on to my feet again but also cheered me up on a
daily basis making the whole ordeal less traumatic than it could have been. Thank you Everycare Eastbourne.

The three ladies I had to attend to me were super - very professional and encouraging. They were extremely well trained and became friends with you but not over the top!

Everycare Eastbourne was highly recommended to me by a rehabilitation centre as the best care agency in Eastbourne, where my 101-year-old aunt had been recuperating since the beginning of August 2016 until her passing in May 2017. The management and all the carers have been extremely carefully and well
selected, highly trained, professional, totally reliable, trustworthy, punctual and very loving and caring. My late aunt called them all 'her lovely girls' and wished to return home and be cared for by them in her final days. Throughout the past ten months, I have had dealings with a number of other local care agencies and I can honestly say that Everycare was head and shoulders above all others, always adapting to my aunts changing needs. I would unhesitatingly recommend Everycare Eastbourne to any other family whose loved one wishes to remain in their own home but needs help and support to be able to do so.

My elderly mother for the past 4 years plus has been looked after by everyone. They have tailored her needs to her changing situation with ease - also anticipated what she needs - like a trip out or a chat. As I live away, they have been wonderful supporting her and the care has been great which has
helped me as I cannot be with her. She loves them and calls them her girls! I would highly recommend this agency if you have a care need in your family.

Everycare was the second agency I employed in Eastbourne. The first, for 4 months, kept changing the carers, were frequently late and sometimes did not seem to have much experience. But Everycare were brilliant: the same two carers arrived on the dot every day (when one was on vacation the same substitute
took her place); never late to arrive.
They were relaxed, cheerful and helpful in every way and never in a rush to leave. In the last days they put on extra carers and visited more frequently, they pulled out all the stops to help me. I would highly recommend Everycare to anyone.

I got Everycare, (Eastbourne) at very short notice as another agency let me down last thing. From the moment I spoke to them, I was given the confidence that they would help me to provide care support during our 11 day holiday in Eastbourne. During the stay we had various carers, and all of the care
provided was gold standard or five star.
Should we ever need cover on a next visit, I will have no hesitation in asking Everycare (Eastbourne) again to help out with the care cover. I am sorry that they are not in North London as I would use them on a regular basis. In closing, with their help it made both my mother and myself have a wonderful holiday in Eastbourne.

From the initial meeting, Everycare demonstrated their professionalism by the way in which they asked questions to identify our requirements and to tailor those specifically to our Aunt. The care plan was well set out, easy to read, clearly detailing how the service would be delivered by a dedicated
team of carers allocated to ensure the best fit. Following commencement of the service Everycare managers regularly checked that our Aunts ongoing needs were being fully met. Any changes were supported by managers visiting to ensure the service continued to meet expectations. Everycare has helped considerably in monitoring medicines, repeat prescriptions, doctors visits etc. Together with first class out of hours support.


The support Everycare have given the family has been consistent and of a very high quality. We would not want to contemplate how difficult it would be for us without the support and advice provided by Everycare.

I have been involved with Everycare for over 5 years as they provide care to my sister who has dementia (aged 85) and I have POA for her. Throughout my dealings I have found Everycare to be very professional and caring. They have a very high standard of care and the office is also highly efficient and
well run. Particularly important I feel, is the continuity of care and in one case a carer has looked after my sister for the whole time of her illness. Their ability to retain staff says something. An excellent care operation.

I had used another local care agency without success and called into Everycare late one afternoon. The welcome I got was enthusiastic and encouraging and I was able to organise a meeting at my mother's home very quickly since my time in Eastbourne was limited. The carers that attended are friendly and
efficient and my mother says "they seem to like me" which is high praise from her. If I have asked for extra visits or changes to times the requests have been met without problem. Everycare is definitely an agency to recommend.

During the past 12 months my husband had 12 different carers from Everycare as his needs increased. Without exception each one treated him with care and respect. My husband was in the final stages of Parkinsons and unable to speak, the carers were friendly and approachable when dealing with his personal
needs, made his life more tolerable.
We nursed my husband at home until he died in January 2016. The understanding, help and support I received from the management and carers of Everycare was invaluable and I could not have coped without them.
