From start to finish Everycare have been amazing. The plan set up for Mum was flexible and considerate. Everyone that we dealt with was kind and extremely thoughtful of Mums needs. The carers were lovely, and Mum loved seeing them. One lady has been particularly helpful to me. Thank you so much.

The support of Everycare East Surrey allowed my father to stay in his own home as he became less able to look after himself. The staff adapted well to his changing needs and at all times treated him with respect and dignity. There were inevitably some difficulties on occasions, but the experience of
the Everycare management team meant that these were quickly addressed.

I am very pleased to recommend Everycare. My father received care every morning for four and a half years to help him get showered, dressed, have breakfast and take his medication. Latterly this was extended to and evening visits to help him get ready for bed. The service was reliable, and the staff
caring and helpful, treating Dad with dignity and respect.

Mum had support from Everycare for nearly 4 years. The care was gradually increased as Mum became more dependent. The agency's strength is having carers who live locally to the service user visiting. Management were responsive to arrange shifts to allow carers that Mum particularly bonded with to attend
regularly. I was encouraged to discuss any difficulties with the office so that they could be resolved.

I cannot praise the staff and management of Everycare highly enough. They cared for my mum for the last two years of her life during her, progressively, bad dementia, and the support, understanding, tenderness and genuine affection shown gave the family tremendous peace and comfort. Everyone went over
and above their responsibilities to ensure that my dad also received care, and the staff became like family. I can't thank them enough for allowing my mum to be at home with dad until her peaceful end. I must also praise Everycare's loyalty and commitment to my parents in the face of, sometimes, very difficult circumstances at the house. They truly deserve my admiration and immense gratitude. We could not have managed without them. Thank you!

Mum has been with Everycare since July 2018. From the moment I walked into their office, I knew Mum would be in good hands. All staff are so helpful and friendly. If there's a problem they call me straight away. Mum's health and wellbeing have improved significantly. She has a morning visit for meds,
shower etc., and an evening visit for supper. It's given myself and my sister peace of mind, but most importantly Mum looks forward to her 'chats' and is happy again.

Everycare has cared for my mother from needing a short visit a day through to full-time live-in care over a three year period. Not only has the care been excellent and reliable at all times, they have also guided us through the increasing need for care and dealing with various agencies to ensure the
best care at all times for my mother. Any difficulties or problems have been dealt with quickly and with excellent communication so we have known what is happening at all times. Without fail, the carers have been kind and caring and very competent. I cannot recommend them enough. I don't know how we would have coped with the progression of her need for care without them.

Everycare was immediately welcoming and helpful and put a plan in place for my Mum straight away.
They cared for my mother 3 times a day for seven months.
The management of the agency are very experienced and knowledgeable.
Individual carers logged every visit and noted all that was done on each
visit.
I would happily recommend them.

We have been using Everycare for more than three years now to make regular visits to our Mother.
Our Mother's dementia and physical wellbeing have got progressively worse over this time and the care needs have increased accordingly.
When we have needed things to be stepped up the company have accommodated
us well.
The care our Mother receives from her usual/regular carer has been outstanding.
We want to keep our Mother in her own home for as long as possible and feel that we have every chance given the care and professionalism of the company.

My friend has twenty years of good service and as her needs increased, she got devoted care. She had a wonderful rapport with all her carers and because she remained so cheerful, they could not do enough for her. In addition, I can applaud all of her 'girls' for their honesty and integrity.

Without Everycare my Mother would not have been able to stay in her home as was her wish. They provided service above and beyond, including bringing her fish and chips! They cared for my Mum with dignity and above all caring, every one of the girls, without exception, were excellent and I would have
no hesitation in recommending them for personal and gentleness in their approach to awkward situations. Any concerns were dealt with swiftly and competently. A true caring company, compassionate and a wonderful team of girls. Thank you for everything.

The staff and carers from the East Surrey branch went above and beyond for my mother meaning she could remain at home until the end. Most importantly they gave relief to my 91-year-old father who was caring 24/7.
I would especially like to thank the staff.

The lovely ladies from Everycare looked after my mum for ten years. It started with just one visit a day to get her lunch and ended with two carers at a time, calling in four times a day. Of course, occasionally they didn't get things right, but a phone call from my mum or me always got things sorted.
Her last few weeks were not good. She insisted on staying in her own home but she received sympathetic and dignified care right up to the end.

My Mother had 4 visits a day by Everycare, the care she received was excellent, with some of the carers going above and beyond what was expected. I got to know a few of them and they were very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Everycare to anyone who needed carers. I also found the
office staff very helpful if I needed to telephone them.

Everycare have provided care for my mother for the last 2 years. In the early days it was just 1 call in the mornings, increasing to 4 half hour calls in the last few months. The carers have always given the care we asked for in a polite, friendly and efficient way. They have called for assistance from
a doctor or paramedic when needed and always contacted me if there were any concerns.


Everycare have given me peace of mind, knowing my mother was always well attended to.


I would recommend them to anyone looking for extra care for their loved ones.

Office staff very helpful and accommodating. They react quickly to problems and issues and sort them out well. A good team ethic.


However, not all carers are as good as I would like. Sometimes too quick and don't also do the tasks as requested.

Overall Everycare (East Surrey) provided a reliable and good standard of care over a 6 year period. Most of the staff were caring and considerate whilst a handful were excellent, likewise, a couple were very good. We had no worries with the service and the manager seemed always to be on the top of the
running of the office etc.

Everycare visited my mother who was living in sheltered accommodation but gradually losing confidence in everyday life due to Alzheimer's and dementia. Everycare assisted her with her medication and general welfare for approx 1 hour a day. We found Everycare to be caring and considerate and would keep
us informed on my mothers worsening condition. Everycare was in particular very good with mum having built up a good and caring relationship with her.

The care my Aunt received from Everycare in the last few years of her life was second to none. The manager and carers were very supportive of my Aunt and myself when she returned home after a long spell in hospital last year. I have to say if my mum lived nearer I would change her carers to Everycare
at a drop of a hat.

Having used previous care providers, I cannot say how pleased we now are to have Everycare look after my mother. They show professionalism and compassion when the attitude by my mother does not always warrant it. They go out of their way to accommodate her needs in a dignified manner and as a family,
we felt confident that she is well looked after. The care ladies quickly get to know how she likes things done and do their best to keep her happy as well as her basic needs met. Care teams get a lot of bad press, but they obviously haven't used Everycare.

Jacqui Armstrong

Joined: 2023

Jacqui started her care journey in 2009 and has worked in many different care settings, working with Learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, dementia, elderly, Parkinson's and stroke, to name just a few, working in residential settings and out in the community.


Starting her care journey as a care assistant, Jacqui progressed and became the Manager for Everycare East Surrey in November 2023, becoming CQC registered in February 2024.


When she is not working, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, and travelling.
