There will be no charge for the period of a planned enablement service (PRIME). At the beginning of the enablement period, it will be agreed on the time scales which it is felt the PRIME service may be required, however, this will be regularly monitored throughout the enablement period with goals and outcomes amended accordingly.
If at any point it is identified that a person still has needs that are eligible for care and support under the Care Act 2014 after enablement, the council’s assessment team will conclude their needs assessment and discuss the process for the provision of care and support to meet their eligible needs. A financial assessment will be required to determine a person’s contribution to the cost of their future care provision and may take place within a six-week period. Charges will apply from the date it is agreed the person requires a long-term care service regardless of the care provider.
Domiciliary Care & PRIME Service has a Review Score of 8.5 (8.500) out of 10, based on 2 reviews in the last 2 years. Over all time Domiciliary Care & PRIME Service has 8 reviews.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Domiciliary Care & PRIME Service is based on 2 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 = 3.5
