We also invest in a team of dedicated care managers and support staff who work from our Camden offices and other locations to ensure the best possible care and support for our clients.
Furthermore, our prices include the cost of maintaining the latest software that guarantees the safety of our service users and allows their relatives to monitor their well-being.

I can only apologise that you felt you experienced inadequate care with Hartwig Care. Having carers attend visits at the wrong time is completely unacceptable and I can reassure you that this case is being taken very seriously by senior management.
Following this review, as you are aware, we have had extensive phone calls with yourself and aim to achieve the highest level of care for your family member.
As a company, we have removed carers that you were unhappy with and will work closely with yourself to ensure that all care workers visiting your family member report to the care manager if they are running late. Also, our monitoring team have been informed to include this package of care on their watch list.
For further concerns, we will arrange a one to one with the care manager.
