We have been users of Home Instead services for eight years and have been completely satisfied. We are both in our nineties. We have had the same carer during the whole of this time who spends two hours each week cleaning the house. She is diligent, hardworking, trustworthy and cheerful. We look forward
to her visits. On the occasions she has been unable to attend Home Instead has always offered a substitute but usually, we have managed without.

Carer to take me out for 2 hours; always look forward to her coming. Assists in taking me out. Very good. 100% trustworthy, enjoyable conversation. My choice as to what we do (weather dependant). My one opportunity mid week to have a walk - very valuable for me.

When cleaning surfaces, dusting or kitchen, they do not always return objects to their original positions. This can cause difficulties in finding them later.

Our appointed attender is most kind and helpful. She is never put out and always anxious to fit in with us and our 'demands'.
The office staff, likewise, are helpful and friendly and will do their best to fit the staff into our life and routine.
Altogether a most helpful organisation, which makes
my life, restricted as it is as carer to my wife.

We have used Home Instead since September 2016 to enable my husband, who has Alzheimer's, to go to the gym twice a week.
His carer is great, he provides my husband with companionship whilst ensuring he is kept safe and happy and I feel confident leaving my husband in his care.
I have found the company
reliable, with any queries being dealt with quickly and professionally.
There are frequent regular reviews at which changes are noted and on-going needs discussed.
The staff members are friendly and accommodating and I would recommend the company without hesitation.

As we have developed a strong bond between our main carer over the last couple of years, this is an easy review. She has always been on time, pleasant, neatly dresses and caring. On a couple of occasions when we have needed extra care this has been provided quickly and efficiently.

Have received excellent service from Home Instead Senior Care (Chester). Timekeeping is very good compared to previous companies as is the overall standard of the staff. The staff spend time with my wife after completing their tasks and sometimes stay over their allotted time slots. We could not cope
without this company and its employees.

We are happy with the care offered by Home Instead, Chester for our parents. We were recommended to this company and, as the name suggests, it lives up to all expectations. We have found carers to be punctual, cheerful and willing to help in any way. Listening to our concerns and taking information
on board to resolve a situation.


Where queries have arisen the management have dealt with issues efficiently. From day one, relations were formed and therefore we knew we were not, at any time, moving to another company for care.

Completely fantastic service for my mum, who has dementia, diabetes and falls. The carers bend over backwards to make mum feel at home with them and treated her like a member of their own family. I can't recommend Home Instead enough and all my family would say the same.

I required care for my mother for a two week period in August. I contacted Home Instead and their care manager visited us and set up a complete care plan. The two weeks care provided, consisted of two visits per day and was a first class service. My mother really took to the carer who was very kind
and considerate. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have this kind of cover, the carer went beyond what I expected and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this service very highly.

I have been using Home Instead for about three years and have found them reliable and friendly. My mother still wants her independence and this is a service that Home Instead can give her. From having companionship, giving medication to making meals, this all makes living in your own home a healthier
environment.

My family and I are very pleased with the care given to my mother. The carers are very supportive and the standard of care is excellent in all aspects. If we phone short notice for any extra care or support it is always given, no complaints at all. All I can say is the care agency is excellent.
