I have had a career in Senior Management within the FMCG, and grocery retail sectors over the past 12 years. My experience in these roles, it has allowed me to truly understand the importance of delivering on promises with a focus on quality service and building strong, lasting relationships.

After witnessing the shortcomings of the care sector with a loved one, I was driven to find a world-class care provider - this is where I was introduced to Home Instead. I knew I had discovered an organisation that has a visceral desire to provide quality care to all clients and support families wherever possible.

Our primary focus is to deliver the very best care for all our clients, and we look forward to talking to you more about what Home Instead East Cheshire can do for you.

I joined the East Cheshire team of Home Instead in 2021 as the Registered Care Manager, supporting the team to provide person-centred, high-quality, relationship-led care.

Over the past 14 years, I have worked within various Health and Social Care environments and now bring the skills and knowledge I have gained over the years to Home Instead. My role involves overseeing the service ensuring that all our clients receive the best possible levels of support and managing the overall delivery of our service within East Cheshire. Having personal experiences of care at home for my own family, I understand the importance of matching our clients with the right Care Professionals to provide the right mix of personal touch and expertise.

Every day, I support our office team and Care Professionals ensuring that we know all the little things which make care personal for our clients to achieve the outcomes they want to achieve. We do this whilst remaining responsive to changing needs and providing a bespoke service to everyone we support. I look forward to speaking to our clients, their families and our Care Professionals each day.

I strongly believe that people should be able to remain living at home and in a way in which they choose to do so, and the Home Instead ethos enables us to do just that!

I have been working in the private sector for 31 years, in different roles including the Dementia journey. The last 7 years with the family at Home Instead, delivering the training and recently becoming the Registered Care Manager. This is where I feel I have grown, not in height.. but in my knowledge and understanding of the clients and their family's trepidation of the journey ahead.

It is very rewarding being able to reassure them of our high standard of care and respect and watching the professional friendship grow.

My social time is spent with family and friends enjoying holidays abroad and camping under the stars with my growing family.

I joined Home Instead in June 2016 as an admin assistant from a banking and sales background. After caring for my mother I appreciate the wonderful support Home Instead Provides. I have lived locally all my life and in my spare time enjoy spending time with my family and horses.

I joined the Home Instead team in May 2022 to help recruit and retain the highest quality Care Professionals for our wonderful clients. More recently, I now support our Group from an operations perspective.

I have more than a decade of experience in management and recruitment, and I’m finding it incredibly rewarding to use these skills to have a positive impact on people’s lives.

When my dad was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, I took on the role of carer alongside my mum, so I have first-hand experience of the role and I know what qualities and attributes to look out for in prospective candidates. As challenging as this was for me, I’m so grateful I could do this for my dad in his time of need.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my children and partner. After years of shift work, it's lovely to have ‘normal’ working hours so I can spend more time in the evening and on weekends with my loved ones.

I started my journey with Home Instead in May 2022 as a part-time Care Professional as I was looking for a more rewarding career and quickly progressed and moved into the office as a Key Player.

In my role as Client Services Manager, I support the scheduling team and quality team to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and care.
