The carers are caring and friendly and treat my daughter with respect. Covid-19 has hit everyone very hard, but JB Agency worked hard to see to the needs of clients.

Thanks, John. The last few years have been the most challenging in our 40+ years of history. It's been a super team effort from all the great carers and help families.

My husband came home to be cared for with a Glioblastoma Brian Tumour - Grade four. The hospital was unsure whether I would be able to manage. We have excellent care from JB Agency. We had four carers per day. All arrived when expected and were cheerful and helpful to both my husband and myself. I certainly
could not have coped without the excellent care we experienced. Full marks to JB Agency.

JB Agency has provided care visits to my mum for a number of years. They have always provided cover, even in difficult Covid times. The carers have been kind and friendly. If a problem has arisen, it has been dealt with promptly. The staff in the office have always been very approachable and passed
on any concerns. We appreciate all the help we have been given.

The last 2-years have been extremely difficult within the care sector, and it is a testament to our workforce that a review such as this is possible. Thank you to our carers. It is always a pleasure to provide a service to this lady.

I would highly recommend the JB Agency. My father would often have the same girl in daily who brightened his day; he would often tell me all about her and her family and relayed jokes and funny stories. She really made a difference! During the lockdown, she went over and above in her care for my father,
for which I will always be grateful.
All the staff seemed to be friendly and caring, but having the same face and a friendship built up over the months and years made a world of difference.

Fiona, it was an absolute pleasure to provide a service for your father. He was such a wonderful man. I know that the carers so looked forward to visiting him. We still think of him often.

The agency provided a wonderful service for 4 years. Staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. It was really reassuring that they provided this service for my recently deceased mum while it enabled me to work.

My mother has been a service user since 2005. Over the year JB Agency Homecare has been providing a number of services to my mother, this includes personal care to domestic services. My mother has found their service valuable and this has given her great comfort and support over the years. Since her
diagnosis of Alzheimer's, the services for me have been of fantastic value. I live some distance away and I am not always able to get through to see my mother. They keep me informed and updated on my mother's needs, especially with the difficulty in managing someone with Alzheimer's. I owe a great thanks to JB Agency Homecare for all the support they give to my mother and for helping to maintain my mother's independence at home.

I think JB Agency Homecare provide a very good and essential service in supporting my mother to stay healthy and safe in her own home. The carers are friendly and very helpful, many going out of their way to provide the support and care of my mother needs. I have found it easy to contact admin staff,
both during and out of office hours. As a daughter, living hundreds of miles away, I have particularly appreciated being kept informed of any issues arising in connection with my mother's well-being. Thank you.

As a daughter of service user, I can truly speak on behalf of my mum, dad and brother that we are extremely happy with the standard of care our mum receives. Nothing is ever a bother, respect and dignity is foremost and my parents appreciate this very much. I would honestly recommend JB Agency Homecare

JB have provided a compassionate care service to my mother for several years and she feels comfortable and relaxed with the individuals that attend to her. They are reliable and competent at all times and I feel extremely reassured that she is in good hands and being looked after well. They currently

We are grateful for the Council placing my husband with this company. From the beginning, we have felt them to be an organised well run company. Always easy to contact and always courteous and deal with things quickly. The carers are very good and if there is an issue it is dealt with. We have
used this company for a short time and if our circumstances change we will definitely use them again. Carers always conscious if covid rules.

My present carers are excellent, being caring, efficient and competent. One has previous nursing experience, which is most useful on occasions. They are highly reliable and provide greatly appreciated support.
As someone who is unable to have much of a life outside the home being unable to walk following
a stroke, their visits are enjoyed as a welcome interruption during the day. I believe it to be of great importance to have a good relationship with someone whom can be trusted, especially with tasks such as personal care - showering etc.

This has been a new experience for my mother and a big change for her as she has been living and coping for many years on her own. Now having carers coming in to help with such personal issues as showering and dressing was a worrying thought, however, all has gone very well with experienced carers supporting
my mother very well and management of the agency supporting me at this time of change.
