Kelly Park Limited was founded in August 1994 to provide Health Care Assistants to both Social Services, NHS Primary Care Trusts and Private Service Users. Their distinctive black tunics or white polo shirts are a familiar sight in the area.

The team respect the dignity, privacy and independence of each service user and aim to support them to enjoy a great quality of life.

Services are available all year round. Day Care is 7am - 10pm, Evening Care is 10pm to 7am.

Kelly Park Limited gained accreditation with Durham County Council, Durham & Darlington NHS Primary Care Trust (CCG), and Gateshead M.B.C . They hold an excellent working relationship with Commissioning Staff, Care Managers, District Nurses and other Health Care Professionals.

Carers are good management is dreadful because they keep getting my appointment times wrong despite being told so. I have numerous examples and will be cancelling Kelly Park altogether. You want a longer review so here goes. Rubbish management rubbish management rubbish management rubbish management.

Tomorrow is our 49th wedding anniversary and on Friday because Kelly Park have returned the contract for 3 x 2 staff half-hour visits and a replacement cannot be found, my wife will go into a home. The caring staff, over more than 4 years, have been efficient, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. You
can choose your own expletives for my feelings about the organisation.

We have found this care provider not to be good.
There are two excellent carers.
On the whole, the management is extremely poor.
As one example and I can quote numerous, the carer did or show up at all today.
When I called after three hours I was told the contract was terminated from yesterday.
When I pointed out we had terminated it from today I was informed I was wrong.
I called the social worker and they called Kelly Park Ltd and advised them to apologise to me for misleading me and being totally wrong.
Of course, no apology was made to me or my 91-year-old mother.
They are very poorly run.

Kelly Park saved me. I was lonely and isolated. I had no social skills and my home was inhabitable. My care workers have allowed me to create a beautiful home and I am no longer isolated. My health needs have improved and I feel very grateful to all at Kelly Park. The Office staff are very supportive
and no job is too small, they always go that extra mile.

The care staff are nice and friendly they talk to me, they dress me, do my personal care and help keep me safe. My care staff really do a great job. I have been receiving services since 2017 Kelly Park.

Once we got everything organised we were away. I had no problem with helping me with showering, getting dressed. Also, there was no problem with the food. Even when I had a fall they were straight on the phone.
