Ladies in Waiting is a dependable and reliable home care provider in Ilkley.

The team can provide as little or as much care as you need, supporting you to continue living life as independently and individually as possible. They help to maintain freedom, dignity and privacy in a sensitive and professional manner.

The team understand that clients’ needs are constantly changing, so provide a flexible and responsive service, tailored to each individual in a way that complements and benefits their day-to-day requirements.

Services include:

- Personal care; support with washing and bathing,, dressing, taking medications, getting up or going to bed. This can be as little or as often as required.

- Companionship, whether you'd just like a chat, to go out, or to share interest and hobbies, as little or as often as needed.

- Domestic assistance; while hey do not provide a cleaning service, they do offer support with light domestic duties, such as bed changing, laundry, ironing, tidying up, hoovering, dusting etc, as part of an overall care package.

- Trip out for shopping, coffees, lunches or a drive and a chat.

- Support with shopping, either together or a team member can go on your behalf.

- Respite cover, offering respite for family carers, providing companionship and safety, either on a regular basis or on an ad hoc basis to cover holidays.

Ladies in Waiting provide excellent care to their clients. They generally try to employ mature experienced carers who are able to meet the needs of their clients with dignity, empathy and understanding.
