The office admin is appalling. Trying to get hold of a manager is impossible - you are told repeatedly that "the manager will phone you back" but it never happens. You just have to keep ringing until they realise you are not going to give up.
Data protection is faulty and response from the area management
is equally hopeless.
Some carers are extremely good but some just do not seem to care about doing the job.

The office back up and organisation is extremely poor. Cover for carers on leave or going sick is not considered, leaving the person requiring care unattended.
To make an inquiry via the office at the weekend is almost impossible.

I have found the carers to be efficient, respectful and reliable.
Those I have met have been friendly and tried their best to meet the needs of a client with dementia. Have continued to use London Care for holiday cover for main carer.

Used this agency for a while then had to go private. One girl, that called in to give me bed bath made a remark about one of my cats being small and did I feed her? At first, she thought it was a rat !!!
I then get a call at the door from the RSPCA saying they had a call saying I wasn't looking after
my cats.
I have spoken to the manager who said why did I think it was one of his girls, as I don't have any other callers it had to be one of the carers.
So if you need help don't go to LONDON CARE if you have pets
I thought these carers were there to take the stress away not to give me more I am now at my wit's end with worry although there is nothing wrong with any of my pets.

Always let mum down. Change their visiting times to suit themselves without letting us know. Only half do their job not giving mum the care she needs. Phone to say they haven't got staff to do their work. Very bad commitment.
