My mum has been having your services for about 4 years now, she idolised her carers as do we. They are brilliant with her and with us. I wouldn't want anyone else caring for my mum.
I was worried about having carers at first but it was either that or care home. Mum is not the easiest person now, being
housebound and living with Dementia but your carers treat her with dignity and respect and have a very caring nature.

I cannot recommend Millennium enough, they looked after my mum for 4 years until she passed away in February.
The care they gave her was exceptional, I absolutely knew they would care for her like she was one of their own family.

Mum has been having millennium carers for almost three years, we can and do recommend them for their caring individual approach to mum's care. All carers are doing a great job and office staff are always helpful and friendly and will listen if we need to contact the office. I am mum's only family member
available to help her and I visit daily but I couldn’t carry on doing my bit if it wasn’t for the great team she has four times a day. We value the input from them and thank them.

From the office staff to the carers all show a commitment to the safety and welfare of their clients.
Carers show a professional attitude to my wife, but most importantly have become a friend who she can confide in. She has gained the confidence to allow the carers to cater for her personal hygiene.
The use of the sitting service allows me to go on short outings without worrying about the safety of my wife.

My mum has been having home carers from Millennium for a year and we can not fault the excellent service and care she is receiving. All carers, supervisors and office-based staff have been outstanding and accommodating to my mum's needs. They are respectful, polite and show genuine care when dealing
with my mum, who has Alzheimer's. I would recommend Millennium to anyone looking for home carers.

Millennium Homecare staff are friendly, helpful and empathetic to my mum's needs. They take the time to chat with her which helps to fill her day. We are kept up to date each week of the staff rota so mum knows who to expect and the majority of the time they stick to the same staff so both my mum and
the staff know each other. As a family, we like to think of them as our extended family as they also take the time to see how we are as well and this also includes the office staff. Thank you.

Although we are approached to support a person, it would be difficult to support just that individual. Our care packages are detailed and aimed at proving a home care package that takes everybody's needs into account, around each service user. Our aim is to ensure relationships are maintained between loved ones and not lost in a carer's role, as some family members step into when homecare is required. We have been using this home care company for 18 months now. They have been covering lunch times and teatimes mainly. My father, who has vascular dementia, seems more than happy with them. They are friendly, easy to contact and try to accommodate our needs when they change. They keep us fully informed
of what they have done in a diary, which we also use. Overall we have no complaints and would recommend it to potential clients.

Millennium has been providing care to my Dad for the past few years. The carers that visit dad are kind, caring and professional. They take time to talk to Dad and make him feel comfortable. A very professional well-Co-ordinated team. Reliable dependable. Rapidly establish great rapport with clients. Patient and kind.
Attention to detail and thorough. They are all brand ambassadors for the roles they do. Great leadership from their team manager. From the very beginning, it was eminently
clear this was a well-established professionally run cohesive team of carers. Very Experienced. From the moment I spoke to the administrator/receptionists on the phone I had every feeling of knowing these were the right company/team for my mum who is my most loved person.

My husband has recently been persuaded to have carers for his personal hygiene and as a sitting service for some short outings for myself. My husband is a very private man and wasn't looking forward to having carers. He has been pleasantly surprised by the caring, professional, friendly attitude of
the staff. From the office staff, carers and management have felt included in everything. Everyone has been very helpful. We would recommend Millennium.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our service, this is very important to us. It is always a daunting experience when accepting someone into your home to support where and when needed. Our aim is always to work with you during the introduction period to make it feel less repetitive and invasive. Although our initial induction can appear time-consuming, the information generated from this is shared with the staff before they are introduced to you, this eliminates the need for you to continually have to tell each person how you like things to be done, where things are and what's required on each visit. This has proved to be an effective approach over the years.

We had little care from your services 4 times only, once by a young lady and 3 by a young gentleman who were very good and very pleasant. My husband had just come out of hospital then died a week later so his time with your homecare was very short, but looked like it was going to be good for the help
it gave me.

Completely reliable. Sitting/caring staff all very capable and kind. Office staff all helpful and pleasant. Due to changing family circumstance, my family only used Millennium for a few weeks. From my limited experiences, I would highly recommend this care provider. This is based on the professional and courteous approach from both management and office staff, and the kindliness, good humour and competency
of our night time carer. I felt that Millenium was thorough in their initial meetings with us, which reassured me, and the night-time carer hit exactly the right note with my mum. Should our family need night time care again, my mum and I would hope to use Millennium.
