Thank you for your kind review. We are glad to hear you are happy with the cleaning service we provide. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to predict exactly what time the carer will be there for your call due to a number of factors. We do try our best to be as accurate as possible and it is our policy to contact clients if a staff member is running more than 15 minutes late. I can understand your frustrations and if there was any other way around this we would do it. Thank you again for your review
