Our fees are fully inclusive of your carer’s time and costs of getting to and from you. They are all fully trained and insured and backed up by our managers and support supervisor, all of whom will be happy to speak with you at any time. Thank you for your feedback, it's always imperative to enable us to improve and make adjustments when needed.
To ensure we run a smooth but safe service it's always important we facilitate two carers and involve other health professionals in enabling us to carry out our role, this is including the use of appropriate moving and handling techniques. Due to the changes in timing and the specific family requirements for carers needed, we found it difficult to maintain in sync with the requested restrictions. As a family-run organisation, it's always safer to introduce around 5 persons to cover days, weekends, sickness and annual leave leaving continuity for the family, loved ones and the client.
I'm sorry we were unable to provide the service in sync with your private 1-1 carer, but again thank you for your feedback in supporting us to improve.
