I was extremely impressed by the level of service, care and flexibility provided by Nightingales. They were able to swiftly provide the emergency care required to keep my parents living safely in their own home and create a care plan to reflect their continuing needs and preferences. The continuity
and support given by the staff for my parents is outstanding. The care manager was very supportive and flexible, able to assess my parents whilst they were still in hospital.

My mother is taken out once a week by a carer. She really enjoys her outings, even though she has advanced dementia. The carer is very caring and thoughtful. It allows me to have a little time off from caring.

As a nurse, I was apprehensive about using carers for mum. As her care increased with her declining health, I have found all the carers have treated her with the utmost respect. The care given to be professional and tailored to her needs. The record keeping was always informative to me and I could assess
how my mum was day by day. I was always sent through a schedule for the week, which kept me informed of times and staff. I would recommend the agency to family and friends.

I really could not do without your service. Everyone is so reliable and never late. I enjoy shopping and Wednesday is the hair-dressers and a little runaround, then home for a nice cup of coffee - The carer says "put the kettle on". And we sit down and have a nice chat - I'm sure having Nightingales
