Organisation of care was efficient, although as this was only a trial care period we would have appreciated understanding more about the frequency/duration of care available.
Assessor was on the ball. Carers were kind and helpful. We decided not to go forward with you only because of high prices.

Nurseplus Care at home was recommended by Invovle. The carer sent to us for a two-occasion 'taster' which was superb - compassionate, practical and communicative. Where I was a little disappointed was that it wasn't explained by the assessor or other managers that we could have has more than four hours'
support as part of our 'taster'. Also, arrangements were left pretty late, anyway. Crucially, though, both care and carer were excellent. Wish we could afford your tariff.

I started with Nurseplus in 2015 as a Care Coordinator in the Maidstone branch, I then got promoted to deputy manager of our Ashford branch and then moved on to Dover and Folkestone branches as their Registered Manager and since 2022 I have been promoted to Registered Manager for all services in Kent with Nurseplus and continue to help our service users and carer reach their potential within their own homes!
