These Nurseplus ladies are brilliant at supporting
These ladies help provide vital company during the day for her and help with her artwork to help maintain her hand to eye coordination which is vital with brain acquired injury, plus keep her safe and comfortable and occasionally take her to the brain injury charity. Overall a very understanding and well put together team with a great variety of helpful skill sets.

Reply from Sian, Branch Manager at Nurseplus Care at home Southampton
This review was created before we had a meeting with the service user's son and he highlighted his concerns to us. Upon receiving this information we immediately reviewed the care package and the carer in question was removed. We introduced a new carer to the package who has proved to be very proactive in ensuring the service user receives the agreed care and support as agreed by the family. All reviews/meetings since have been positive.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Nurseplus Care at home Southampton is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
