Sian has worked in the care industry for 15 years, having joined Nurseplus as a Recruitment Consultant in the Salisbury branch in 2007. She moved to manage the Southampton branch about 5 years later. Her colleagues would describe her as a positive person, patient, and hard-working with a good sense of humour, all of which are good attributes needed to work in the care industry.

Wendy has worked in the care sector for over 20 years in varying roles. She joined Nurseplus as a carer in 2008 and moved into the office in 2011 where she has taken on various roles including Field Supervisor/Care Planner and Trainer.
