Reply from Theresa Bradley-Comstive, Operations Director at Springfield Healthcare (Newcastle)
I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the care service offered to you during your time with Springfield. I understand how frustrating it must be when your expectations are not met. Although it is not always possible to send the same carers, we do expect the same Springfield standard to be upheld by all. We value quality care and expect no less from any of our carers. We would like to hear more about your experience so we can investigate this issue further and ensure this does not happen again. With this in mind, I will ensure that our Quality Assurance Lead makes contact with you to discuss your concerns further and explore potential solutions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, your feedback is invaluable to us as we continue to improve our services.
