Everything went very well, the girls were very friendly and did not make you uncomfortable as I never had to have help before and I did not know what to expect. So if ever I need help again, I would not be too anxious. Nothing was too much trouble whatever I asked them to do. The only problem I had
was when we first arranged the help I needed, I was told that in the morning the girls would be at my home around about 08:00 which was fine for me. But all of a sudden I was told it would be 06:45 which was far too early for me, so I stopped the morning calls. But everything else was fine.

The care given by the carers ranges from excellent to very poor. Have found carers sat drinking coffee in the lounge while Mum is in bed sometimes struggling to eat. Timings have been a cause for concern, no warning given when over an hour late. Questionable hygiene - pots not washed properly which
could have caused Mum to have digestive problems. Not all carers are pleasant or professional when an issue is raised.

All the staff who came to me were unfailingly cheerful and friendly and kind. Levels of skill varied but were well intentioned. I did not really need personal care with washing and dressing but it was always offered. I am not sure that the office management staff were always listening on the few occasions
I had to speak to them because there were several mix-ups.

The care workers brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to my mum's care. I thought she was in safe hands. She was treated with dignity and courtesy. I was impressed with how carers took note of mum's preferences and dislikes then modified care to her choice. The carers were very willing to help
and listen. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can't thank Premier Care enough for their wonderful system of support and care. They are not only 100% reliable and efficient but also all of their staff from the office to the carers carry out their jobs with such a lovely attitude that is a pleasure to see and hear. Inconsistencies in levels of competency of carers. Some are excellent, some clearly need training. Missed medications not reported according to CQC standards, even failed to call paramedics for a serious injury to the client - it was 24 hours before the next carer did this. This was never discussed
with relatives or an apology given. The client has some capacity issues but sometimes declines tasks eg meal prep. The carer does not use their initiative and offer other services eg tidy up instead but the client reports they like to sit and drink tea. One carer only has used their initiative and hoovered up in spare time.

Highly delighted with the service provided. Lovely people who are always punctual. Always friendly and cheerful. Very sensitive to the needs and wants, treating me with dignity and privacy. Premier Care was recommended to me by a friend whose mother is a client. I was able to discuss the needs of my own mother, and arrangements were put in place quickly. I explained what was required and all the carers have been lovely with my mother (she has memory issues) and ensured she has been given
a hot meal and dessert each lunchtime. They also chat with Mum, and she has told me how much she enjoys seeing the carer and having a natter. I have needed to change the arrangements a couple of times, and nothing is too much trouble when I phone. I also have the app, so I can see when the carer has been and read their report. It is reassuring for me to have this help as it will enable me to keep Mum in her own home as long as possible. I started off with 3-lunchtimes a week and have now increased it to 5-days a week as it has been such a success. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Care, they have made such a difference not only to my Mum but to me as well.

I originally wrote to thank the staff that attends to my mother. As my mother is suffering from a form of dementia she has a very short term memory now. The staff have successfully been able to be allowed to attend to her personal care on her legs that she previously had not allowed anyone to see to.
When I have met two of the carers they displayed good and kind professionalism towards my mother.

On Wednesday 1st July, when the carer visited my mum for her breakfast call; she found her in the bathroom with chest pain. The carer rang for an ambulance, waited with mum until it arrived, let the office know to cancel her following call, and she stayed with mum until the ambulance had gone. She then
tidied up, locked up and then left. She has been in contact with myself and my brother on a regular basis enquiring how mum was. Mum had a massive heart attack, and if it wasn't for the carer's actions that morning, I don't think mum would have survived. Mum is now back home, and she was the first carer that mum saw for her first call. It was very emotional to listen to as they spoke about that morning on the 1st of July. We can't thank her enough for what she did, and we can't say thank you enough - many thanks.

My dad has been very well cared for and any time the carers feel my dad has been unwell, they contact us. He has told us he looks forward to his visits as he enjoys the company and they are very kind. It is a great comfort to us to know my dad is in safe hands and are totally trustworthy.
