Premier Community is a family run business that has built its reputation by delivering the highest quality of care for over 25 years.

They support people with many different needs, all with the aim to provide each and every client with the support they need to enjoy a fulfilling life and maintaining as much independence as possible.

Services include hospital to home care, respite home care, personal care services, home help services as well as companionship care.

They complete a detailed digital care plan that gives access to everyone involved in the client's service. It's built around the client's individual circumstances. The care plan is custom made to enable each client to live their lives how they wish.

Their team is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives in the community, delivering quality care with the utmost respect and dignity. They also provide specialist personal care where needed including Alzheimer’s, dementia, respite care and support.

As you can see by the way I've ticked the boxes we think the overall service is good. The carers are great, caring and can't do enough for you. The only problem we have is we wish the carers could come a bit earlier, but we understand everybody wants them between 8-9 which would be nice.

After initial problems with missed medication and appointment times, things seem to be ok now. Mum pleased to see carers but will only let them do so much, they are very good with her and understanding of her problems.

Since having a carer come to visit Mum, as a family, we have noticed a huge change. Mum now gets up every morning, washed, dressed. This is something she used to refuse to do most days.
It has been such a transformation for Mum and for us, her family, to see.
The carers treat her with utmost respect
and dignity.

The carers from Premier Care are wonderful, very attentive, kind, excellent at their jobs, knowledgeable, fun and think of everything. They are skilled, confident with administrating medication and nutritional supplement, via my sisters PEG. Without these carers, my sister would not be able to remain
in her own home. The carers visits to the household brighten up everyone's day. I know my sister, as a young service user, especially enjoys their 'banter,' jokes and news. Thank you.

The carers are rather tired and stressed at times due to their time constraints. The staff who care for me are caring and concerned for my well being. Some of the necessary training seems to be lacking.
