I can not express how pleased I am with the care that is being provided to a relative of mine, without Premier Care she would not be able to live at home as independently as she currently does. Staff go above and beyond to support her ensuring all her personal care needs are met whilst also spending
precious one-to-one time with her, encouraging her to maintain her optimum health. The staff also maintained very good contact with me with regard to any concerns, shopping, appointments etc. And also provided extra support during a difficult period this year.
Premier Care are a bespoke care company and I would highly recommend them.

Your service has provided peace of mind to me. Knowing that my mum has a regular visit, providing lunch and much more as the careers have all been really lovely, Mum often tells me conversations she has had with different ladies and she looks forward to the daily interaction. You provide a brilliant
service and the follow-up calls you have provided to me about my mum, have been very valuable.

My mum has three visits a day and all the carers at Premier Care are really kind and helpful.
As much as the help she needs, my mum enjoys the company, and all of her carers take the time to socialise as well as taking care of her needs.
The care she is given enables my mum to retain the independence
of living in her own flat and is vital to her peace of mind.
A big thank you to the manager and all the team.

Staff and management are flexible with the care my mother requires and will change if she needs one, two or three visits per day. The time of the morning visits can vary from day to day but the evening carer will try and let my mother know what time they will call the following morning. The care package
has enabled my mother to carry on in her flat and given us peace of mind knowing they are there.

The amazing team at Premier Care Services have been looking after our mum's needs for over a year now and they have been amazing. We cannot recommend them highly enough - don't know where we would be without them - well actually we do and are grateful each day that we are not hospital visiting!

I have found my carers reliable, willing to help with all I need and more. They are always cheerful and good company. They help with things I cannot do outside my flat - like collecting my post from the post box and taking my rubbish down to the rubbish area. They make great tea! And would prepare any
food I need. They always let me do as much as I can for myself - whilst seeing that I am safe. I am so glad I found Premier Care Services.

My parents were given exceptional love and care from all members of Premier Care team EG during the seven months that they were being cared for. Staff went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure that my parent's physical and emotional needs were being met. Premier Care were excellent at keeping
my sister and I informed regarding any concerns they had regarding the health of my parents. All the team kept excellent records so we were always able to read through how the week had gone for my parents. As a daughter who lived two hours away from my parents, it was so comforting knowing that carers were going in three times a day to visit my parents and making sure that they had their meals given to them and supervising them taking their daily medication. I would recommend Premier Care Services EG without hesitation. Thank you once again to all of the team as they gave consistent love and support to my mum and dad.

Caring, professional and reliable. From the day they started looking after my dad, the wonderful management and care team have shown nothing but kindness and compassion towards Dad who has Alzheimer’s and dementia. Going in every morning and evening to take care of his medical, care and social needs
provides a layer of care that I can’t do on a twice-daily basis and the care team have given our family comfort and peace of mind that Dad is safe and well.
They contact me immediately if they have any concerns, whether it’s an issue with medication or if he refuses dinner and they take huge responsibility for their part in Dad’s safety and wellbeing. It’s a small enough team that Dad recognises them and accepts and welcomes them as part of his daily routine.
I truly can’t recommend them enough and I don’t know where my family would be without them.

Premiere Care have been looking after our mother now for over two years and we are extremely happy with their care. My mother likes all the staff that come to help her and is always very appreciative of all they do. They are always happy to help with additional times if they have the capacity, and if
they don't, they always try very hard to re-jig to help out. Additionally, if they have staffing problems due to illness for instance, they let us know well in advance and check if we can cover the visit, which quite often we can. In a nutshell, we'd be lost without them.

I am confident that my Mum is cared for and treated with respect each time a carer visits her. Over the years they have built up a good relationship and it is a huge reassures to me. My mum likes to be as independent as possible and the carers acknowledge and respect this too.
The office staff have
always been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding whenever I have needed to speak to them or when they have called me.
