She was also such a support to me as well. When I was concerned, she would agree when I felt a doctor was needed to be called, or say that this was the usual course for events, therefore allaying my fears. I really don't know where I would have been without her. She needs the biggest thank you in the world.

I would just like to say that Premier does not have set timings and this is always mentioned at the initial meeting, we always try our level best to attend as near to the requested times as possible and Premier does have a fifteen-minute window either side in case of emergencies. Premier Care has the right amount of staff to enable us to provide the quality care expected by our clients and is by no means short staffed.
