We have received excellent service from our main contact and the carer for my parents. Our main contact is responsive and flexible, and the carer does a great job and genuinely cares about my parents. Based on the service received so far, we are very happy with Premier Care Services.

Very happy with my Mum's care. Management have been very helpful and kind. My Mum and her carer have built up a lovely relationship. Mum's carer is very competent and attentive and my Mum feels safe with her. We were unsure about live in care and how it would work for us or if Mum could afford it but
it was the only option for us as we didn’t want Mum to go in to a home. We have regular updates with Premier Care Services Ltd and they are very understanding in difficult times.

I can’t fault this care provider, they really are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, prompt replies and fantastic care by the staff. My grandfather has now gone to residential care but if he was to return home we will without a doubt take up this care service again. Thank you for all your help and support!

I am very pleased with the care and support given to my uncle by Premier Care. He has Alzheimer's. They have complied with all our requests. They have maintained a high standard of care throughout, personally and physically. Communication is great and professional at all times. I am aware that staff
is monitored and to date, no issues have been reported to us, and the family has not had any.
As a family, we take comfort in the fact that uncle is well taken of. Any issues are dealt with quickly and we work together to provide the best for Uncle. We are agreed that his health and well-being come first. Premier Care staff have been fantastic especially during this period of lockdown. I cannot thank or praise them enough.

Our family has used this agency for over a year, to provide care for our loved one. All the staff have been very kind, caring, compassionate, dealt with our loved one with dignity and understanding. The staff we have had are well trained and provided excellent care.
The management are also supportive,
address any questions or concerns without delay.
For example, just before the COVID- 19 started, as a family, we were concerned about what the likely situation would be. We asked for a meeting with management, staff and family members. This was arranged for the next day and after discussions, it was decided to start isolation immediately, put in place a plan of action with a follow-up review in a few weeks time.
As it turned out, the government put into force the isolation and lock-down procedures the following week. We are happy with the decisions made and care that has been provided both before this uncertain time and since. As a family, we highly recommend Premier for their excellent care.

Since transferring to Premier Care 18 months ago I have nothing but praise for the Team. The carers are professional, kind and caring. I feel my husband is left in safe and capable hands. My husband is treated with dignity and respect.
The communication is clear and there have been regular touch

My father is generally very happy with the service of Premier Care. He particularly likes one of the carers who from my perspective, balances my father's desires with what is best for him, alongside keeping an eye on the important points like drinking enough water and getting some fresh air! Sometimes
timekeeping is off which can frustrate my dad, but I understand that it is a balancing act caring for a number of people in the area.

The staff which includes the office staff all seem very caring and understanding, and try to help whenever they can under sometimes difficult circumstances. The office is always available 24 / 7. I am kept up to date with any problems and I am always offered advice if needed. They often can cover attendance
at the last minute which has happened with us on more than one occasion.

My mother has been receiving care from Premier Care since she was discharged from a nursing home in March. This was a new experience for both of us as mum (aged 100) had been living independently until Jan this year. We didn't really know what care we required and needed to tweak the arrangements
several times until we found an acceptable solution. In this, we found the management extremely helpful and willing to sort out any teething problems. Initially, there was quite a turn over of carers but in recent months we have had a small team of 'regular' ladies coming to attend to mum. This has proved a great bonus for us both as we are getting to know each other and mum's specific needs. The 'girls' always arrive with a warm and cheery greeting and interest in mum's welfare. For example, their genuine excitement when mum achieved her 100th birthday. The Covid pandemic has proved challenging for us all but the carers have never let us down even when delayed by transport failures.

Management are ready to remedy any situation big or small you may have which is fantastic and reassuring.
Staff are caring and will often go that extra mile to make you comfortable.
I feel the note-taking has a lot to be desired, however, there is note form of some kind. I wish it could be more detailed
for ambulance crew and district nurses to get a full picture.
Overall it has a warm family feel.

Premier stepped in to provide Dad support at home once he was released from hospital and quickly built a relationship with him. By and large, the carers are usually timely and always professional. My Dad is grateful for their help and doesn't feel bad about asking for support when he needs it. I would
recommend them for anyone requiring support for a loved one. During COVID, they have been reliable and Dad has stated that they have been helpful.

I joined Premier Care Services this year 2019 as a Manager. So far I have completed so much training and I have had meetings with Brokerage re- Quality meetings on improving our services at Premier Care Services. I have met with families/ service users during assessments, spot checks and also worked closely with our staff in order we continue to provide high-quality service to service users and promote Equality and Diversity for all.


I have managed crisis, complaints and emergencies with successful outcomes. I have always notified CQC and Brokerage (Croydon) of any missed call and death that arises within the organisation. I have ensured that all carers/staff get their training up to date, carrying out staff meetings and worked closely with the directors aiming to provide high-quality services towards service users and staff at large.


I have also worked closely on medication monitoring ensuring that staff do record all medication being administered to service users and also ensuring that all medications are in a blister pack or doesn't box as this will prevent the error from carers when prompting or supervising medication.


I have continued to be diligent and focused in the delivery of care and support of the team. I am committed to ensuring that we aim at delivering high-quality care and support to service users and carers. I follow the policies and procedures under The Health and social care Act 2008 as (amended), The Health and social care act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.


I have worked closely to ensure that we follow CQC recommendations and improve the services being provided.


I support the team by carrying out Telephone Monitoring to service Users as this helps us to know how we are doing and any concerns that are reported are always resolved as soon as possible. At present, all service users are happy with the services being received. Carers’ timekeeping has improved massively and worked closely with carers educating them on the importance of communication has improved and reduced complaints from service users.
