As the result of an unexpected hospitalisation we required carer services for our father at very short notice. Premier Homecare were extremely responsive and met with us to complete the necessary paperwork and put in place a daily carer visit to coincide with his return home. These visits greatly increased
his rate of recovery, in no small part to the highly respectful and professional carer team. We will undoubtedly require the services of Premier Homecare in the future and will have no hesitation when the need arises.

Superb service. Very highly recommended. Carers showed my dad such genuine kindness and care - it is clearly their vocation, not just a job. I was always confident in their ability to meet his needs. The service was reliable, great communication with the efficient coordination team and excellent managers.
I will always be grateful to Premier Homecare for all their excellent care.

I had support from Premier Care for 11 weeks after a long stay in hospital. All staff were professional, helpful, cheerful and very kind. They did all the tasks required and I would certainly use Premier services again should the need arise.

I would like to thank Premier Homecare for providing my mum with a very thorough and friendly care service. They have always delivered the help and support my mum has needed particularly recently, when she was feeling very poorly and needed extra care and attention. They know the background history
and medication requirements of my mum, so have acted efficiently if ever there has been an issue with her medical needs. The carers are always there to reassure her and look after her in a kind and compassionate way. I would thoroughly recommend Premier Homecare to anyone thinking of using them.

I have been using Premier Homecare for the last couple of years looking after both my Mum and Dad. One with limited mobility and the other with vascular dementia. The care has been exceptional, the carers I've met are very kind, caring, and patient. All the office staff are incredibly helpful, conscious,
and friendly. Regular reviews of the care plans and risk assessments are in place to ensure the service remains appropriate and fit for purpose and the service quality is maintained. There are a myriad of care options available so how do you choose the best for your loved ones? Not easy, but I cannot fault Premier Homecare, highly recommended!

This is my second spell of help from Premier Homecare. They had previously looked after my severely disabled husband for many years before his death with great care and unfailing professionalism. When I recently broke my arm and hurt my ankle I immediately turned to them. For the past four weeks, I
have received marvellous help from the amazing staff. They have been gentle, caring, professional and full of cheer just when I needed it. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks also to back up organising support which was faultless.

Premier Homecare provided help with meals and medication, and provided social contact for my Dad, and enabled him to stay in his own home for another year, from aged 91 to 92, which he greatly appreciated. He was always treated with kindness, and the team worked to a really high standard of professionalism.

I contacted Premier HomeCare when I realised that I needed support looking after my husband who suffers from a debilitating neurological disease. Sometimes it’s difficult to admit that you need help but from my initial consultation and ongoing, I have felt supported by empathetic staff. The carers are
excellent, my husband is a very private man and I was concerned that he would be embarrassed with someone other than me looking after his personal care, however, the carers are so professional that he is comfortable for them to attend to his needs. They respect his wishes if he doesn’t want to ‘chat' but are there if he does. I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to have a bit of “me time” also to have someone to sleep in 2 nights a week allows me to get uninterrupted sleep and my husband has connected with the carer who looks after him, she’s so much more patient than I am! I am so happy that I took this step and decided to contact Premier Home.

My father is now very dependent on home care and as I live in Berkshire I need a support mechanism that is reliable, professional and above all, caring. Premier Homecare tick all the boxes. Dad is always delighted to see his carers and the ladies are so kind, patient and attentive to his needs. Nothing
is too much trouble - I simply don’t know what we’d do without them. The back-office support is also exceptional. Being so far away from Dad, I know I can call at any time regarding Dad’s ever-changing needs, and I know my requests will be positively implemented. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Premier Homecare provided 4 visits each day to assist my Mother when she needed assistance with daily tasks due to memory loss issues following a minor stroke. Premier Homecare were professional in everything that they did and the support that they provided to my Mother was fantastic. I cannot recommend
them too highly!
