I joined Prestige in 2021 following a 14-year career in Healthcare recruitment in many care settings including the NHS, Private and Social Care.


I enjoy working in care as I like to think I have made a difference in people's lives, and I have helped enable them to remain as independent as possible.


Ensuring the service being delivered is safe, effective, and well-led so that service users have confidence and can trust that we will always put them at the centre of all we do.


I have previously run my own Healthcare agency and have been a Registered Manager with both CQC and CSSIW, providing care services to both adults and children including very complex care packages. I have also supplied temporary staffing solutions covering all disciplines to the NHS.
