My role involves managing daily operations in all admin and reception fields.
I am responsible for maintaining and updating all carer files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
I also ensure carers are fully trained and kept up to date with any changes.
As a mental health first aider, I provide support to carers, ensuring they have a safe space to express their concerns and access the help they need to manage the challenges of their role.
