SSA Quality Care provides services to keep people safe at home. In practice, this means anything from popping in to check someone’s ok, to complex care needs with multiple carers, and even live-in care. Their dedicated team work from 7:00am to 10:00pm every day of the year.

SSA Quality Care has been providing home care to the local community for 15 years. They are a friendly, family-run company that prides itself on keeping people safe and independent in their own homes.

Their carefully selected staff are directly employed. They will help as much as needed, whilst encouraging customers to do as much as they can themselves. All staff promote dignity and independence in everything they do.

All customers and their families can access visit records in real time via a dedicated web-portal. You can see which Carers have logged in and what tasks they have completed. They will also let you know each week who is coming and when.

If your regular planned Carer is not available they will make sure you still get a visit.

SSA Quality Care support privately funded customers, as well as customers funded by the local council, by direct payments, and by the NHS.

SSA have been both excellent carers and a watchful friend to my aged mother. She is well looked after while still living alone in her own house. SSA have proven to be responsive and flexible in working with my mother and me.

My son is very happy with his carers. He has the same carers all the time, which is good for him. He doesn't like different people all the time. He enjoys swimming and bowling and they help him with every day tasks.

Happy with the care I have received so far from this care provider. Especially with my experience in the quality of care that I previously received from other care providers, including my recent care home experience. The carers with SSA are super-individuals with hearts of gold, who are ever ready to

Excellent care. Timings are sometimes not always on the allocated time, but then if another client needs some extra care, there was no change in the care my mother was given. The staff are always cheerful and very communicative with all the family. The carers gave my mum the confidence and gained her
trust after I can only describe it as poor care in the hospital. They encouraged her to walk again, supporting her both emotionally and physically. They introduced themselves to my mum and became friends, yet still maintained their professionalism. As an ex-nurse, I would be proud of the standard of care that the team provide.
The staff from the office were easily contacted and phoned to see how we were getting on.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have already done so.

On the whole, the service is ok. I would like more consistency with the carers who come to my home. I believe the evening carers do not fully complete the 30-mins and are gone before that time. I feel you have lost some of your better staff and the new replacements are not to the standard of those lost.

My carer is a day-to-day lifesaver! Without her help, I wouldn't even be able to do the everyday things others take for granted. Not only this, but I haven't self-harmed in a long time! Whether it be everyday tasks or I'm in a mental health crisis, she is always there to calm me down, help me, and leave

Dad needed two carers three times a day and all the carers that looked after him were compassionate, caring and kind and kept dads bottom from breaking down and his feet free from pressure sores. They kept to the appointed times as much as possible, professional in every way. I know they are very busy
but some bot all leave their coats and jackets on with cross contamination and all that just a thought maybe proper uniforms would be nice and make the carers feel part of a team.

Kai has been with SSA Quality Care for 3 years after a short stint in sports therapy and strength and conditioning, whilst also playing professional rugby league for Hemel Stags and London Broncos.


Kai assesses and reviews care packages, line manages care staff and also completes in-house training, ensuring care staff are performing at their best.
