The care being provided to my mum by SureCare is, and continues to be, excellent. They have been caring for Mum since November 2023. We had another provider before SureCare and had been very let down. SureCare have been exactly what we had hoped for and we can now feel reassured that Mum is properly
looked after. The staff are supportive and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is a pleasure. They visit at regular times and more often than not it is the same member of staff, which is ideal when caring for someone with Dementia as it prevents unnecessary confusion for Mum. We definitely feel less anxious knowing SureCare are providing Mum's care. Thank you to all concerned for making our Dementia journey a little easier.

This is my review on the carers we have for my partner. They are amazing, always treat her like she's family and make her feel comfortable. They show us tremendous love and respect. SureCare is the best care company I've used; they assist with any issues, office staff are very understanding. My partner
has a regular carer and safety in the morning and forum in the evening, she feels most comfortable with them as they are very loving towards her, which makes me feel good, so I'd just like to say a massive thank you to all at SureCare.

SureCare (Bolton) have looked after my mum, then my dad for several years now. My parents have both been looked after in a caring and kind way over many years and by different carers. The care has enabled them to enjoy living at their home rather than somewhere else. The carers have been their lifeline
and friends.

Reply from Hasina Anwar, Registered Manager at SureCare (Bolton)

SureCare would like to thank you for your kind words and for your time in leaving a review. The carers built such a strong relationship with your mother over the years, and I know she is dearly missed by all who knew her. They have the same relationship with your father, and it’s their absolute pleasure in looking after him.
Thank you once again.

My mother, who was bed bound and had dementia, was looked after with care and respect. She was always clean, had regular changes of nighties/bed linen, and we were informed directly if any of the carers had any concerns over her health. Her drug regime was executed diligently and as a result her condition
improved under SureCare’s management of her medication. I would have no problem recommending SureCare’s services.

SureCare has been good for me. I particularly had difficulties with finding carers who understood my complex needs and listens to me until my care got handed over to SureCare. I have been more relaxed with their services and how they respect my care needs.

I am so impressed with Surecare and all the wonderful staff that work there. From the carers to the management team, all of whom I found very approachable with a fantastic work ethic, honesty, including integrity at the highest levels.
Surecare has looked after my disabled dad for eight years. He's
always been treated like a family member instead of just another client and another burden, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this bunch of wonderful people who clearly love their jobs and love caring for people.
Thank you, Surecare, for everything you have done so far, and when another person in my family needed care, you guys were the first and only people on my mind.

My husband was cared for by SureCare for four months until he passed away. He couldn’t have had better carers; they treated him with such respect and dignity and always managed to get a smile from him even though he was nonverbal.
They always talked to me and asked if I was ok.
But for SureCare, I
would not have been able to keep him in his own home until he passed away.
Thank you, and keep up the good work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review; it is greatly appreciated when the staff are recognised for all their efforts and compassion. We will pass on your feedback to the care staff.
