I love the fact that Lavender Support Services is a small but friendly business. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and caring. From the initial assessment, I loved the caring attitude, the personal touch, which put them above all others. They were able to accommodate all of the visits
that my Mum required and kept to the agreed times. The carers who attended were all so lovely. Even when my Mum passed away, they still showed compassion and understanding. One of the carers left us a sympathy card which really meant a lot.

The ladies that come are very friendly and helpful. If anything goes wrong, they ring the office who in turn contact my family, which to me is a great relief. This shows that you are being looked after, also nothing is too much trouble for them.

Lavender are fantastic, we couldn't be more happy. The ladies that sit are friendly and supportive, in fact, if it wasn't for them I could not be able to go out for a break from my role as my wife's carer.
The office staff are always ready to help when I call. The service couldn't be better.

I really love Lavender, they have always treated me with respect. The office staff are so kind, the Carers are beautifully well trained and hard working ladies, trustworthy and helpful. I have received excellent care, been with Lavender Support Services since 2014. All staff very good and have helped me a great deal. I had problems with one Carer who was new to the company and I have not has this person again.

My mother, who is quite severely disabled and increasingly forgetful, and who lives 150 miles away from me, currently needs a daily social visit to ensure that she is up and about, prepared for lunch and not doing anything to place herself at risk. Her carers from Lavender are friendly, cheerful, professional
and supportive, and their visits are very much appreciated by both my mother and myself. Lavender have also recently facilitated shopping trips out for my mother, which she enjoys hugely. The carers maintain good day to day comment in my mothers care folder, and this is accessible at all times so that I can see if there have been any problems.

My mother and father have been clients of Lavender for three years plus and have been very happy with their service. The staff are all extremely helpful, caring and nothing is too much trouble, the same for the management. My parents have become very attached to certain members of the staff, and the
staff concerned also feel this way. If there has ever been an issue/problem (hardly ever!), I just speak to the manager and no problem is too big or small for them to address. Completely happy with Lavender and would recommend the anybody who needs home care. Well done Lavender.

Not enough consistency with carers, high turnover of staff. You get introduced to certain carers you build a rapport with them and then they are moved on to someone else and you may not see them again for some weeks/months, if at all. Surely it is better to keep seeing the same familiar faces consistently
wherever possible and the carers you get on with the most.
