I cannot recommend the care team of Sussex Grange more highly. The endless patience each carer has shown with my mother’s increasing frailty over the last few months has been phenomenal. These staff are more than carers they go the further mile both with time and love extended to the entire family.
We have been so fortunate to be able to keep mum in her own home , this was her dearest wish. I cannot speak more highly of the care team and the administration team who sought to cater for changing demands in a highly professional manner.

At the time my father entered his final days we were welcomed into the homely environment of Sussex Grange and provided with whatever we needed during his precious time.
The warmth and support we received has transformed such a sad and difficult time into one held in an environment of love and care.
I
was able to stay with my mother to support her after my father passed.
There are no words to fully express our family's gratitude to the management and staff team and Sussex Grange.

Corinna brings over 37 years of experience in the care sector to her role. She began her career with the NHS, dedicating herself to caring for the elderly, providing end-of-life care, and supporting individuals living with dementia and other vulnerable adults.


In her most recent role, Corinna served as a service manager for a local charity, where she oversaw respite at-home services. During her tenure, she was committed to delivering exceptional care, earning an 'Outstanding' rating from the CQC.


After 20 years with the charity, Corinna joined us as the Registered Home Care Manager at Sussex Grange back in 2021. She is known for her dedication to going above and beyond for both our clients and her team, embodying a passion for excellence in care.

Sophie started working with Sussex Grange in 2018, She was appointed the role of Operations Director in January 2019 and conducts both strategic and operational planning to ensure service delivery and compliance.

Tom Jameson

Sussex Grange is privately owned by Drs Tom and Rachel Jameson. Tom previously worked as a hospital doctor for ten years giving him broad experience in the healthcare sector. Rachel works part-time as a local GP and has regular but informal input into the home.


In addition to his role at Sussex Grange Tom is also a Director of West Sussex Partners in Care (WSPiC) and works with fellow Directors to enhance the services offered by WSPiC with particular emphasis on the annual Care Awards Ceremony and the twice yearly symposiums.
