Thank you for taking the time to review us, we really appreciate all feedback received, (both positive and negative), as it helps us to develop our services even further in the future. You gave us some really positive ratings but mention not being told if your care worker was running later than usual. Please be reassured that delivering a timely service is of the utmost importance to us and wherever possible we do let our service users know if their care worker will arrive later than the usual time.
We are sorry if you weren't informed of any of your calls being delayed and send our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have also taken on board the comments you made and will remind all of our staff to ensure they let us know if they are running later than usual, this will enable us to keep our service users more informed.

An improvement to the service would be if a copy of the proposed roster was sent to the service user/family each week. My husband always gets anxious waiting to see who will turn up. This could have to be changed

Hello, I'm Christine, Registered Manager for the Merseyside area covering Bootle and Southport. I have many years of experience in the health and social care sector and have worked my way up from Care Worker to Registered Manager. I started working for Choices Homecare (formerly WarrenCare) earlier this year and am looking forward to growing these services even more.
