My mother has a support package from Home Instead for 18 months. The staff were all a credit to their employer and provided a first-class care and support package to my mother. The regular feedback and liaison from the whole team provided me and the family the reassurance we needed. This allowed Mum
to live independently for as long as possible. She was treated with dignity and all the carers have become personal friends of mother and the family.

Home Instead provided excellent care to my father. The carers always went the extra mile to ensure Dad was happy and settled. The service provided was always focussed on Dad's needs, never a standard service, and the carers always contacted my sister and I if something was not quite right.

My mum required four carers to visit her four times a day - this ensured her to live at home, fully supported after my father passed away. She was so relieved and happy to be able to live at home, and my brother and I were delighted that she was happy, and the care provided by all of the carers was
outstanding. We got to know them all personally; they provided such thoughtful and excellent care for my mum, and we could not have wished for better. The manager and her team in the Warrington office were brilliant, and they were so kind to us when our mum passed away. Thank you very much indeed.

My mother received care at home provided by Home Instead, until she needed to move into residential care in April 2020. Home Instead tried hard to achieve consistency of staffing, so that she was not attended by people who didn't know her. They mostly managed to achieve that, which was very important
to us. The standard of care was good and the two carers who supported her regularly, were dependable and kind; enabling her to remain semi-independently in her own home for as long as possible. The office staff and management were approachable and helpful and communication was generally good.

Since our mother died three years and left a sizeable gap in the family, especially where Dad was concerned - mainly because he was unable to take care of himself. Getting Home Instead involved was a good thing we did because it filled a gap where myself and my brother's could fit in around. Without
Home Instead and our involvement, Dad could've been in a care home, instead of being at home. We've has a few blips in the last years, but it could have been worse.

My wife is eight years into Alzheimer's but is still relating well to me and the carers from Home Instead Senior Care (Warrington). They live up to their name of 'Home Instead' of a care home. My wife often asks me "Are you going to put me in a care home?" I assure her that we are staying in our home.
I have watched this homecare agency grow over several years and am impressed by it. They recently rightly won an award as one of the best local agencies of the National Home Instead organisation. They adapt well to the specific needs of each client and family carer.

Over a two year period, Home Instead provided high quality, consistent and reliable service.
On many occasions the carers went above and beyond, what they needed to do for Mum and for that, we thank them.
Home Instead provided an excellent service during a difficult time for the family.

We would unreservedly recommend the services provided by Home Instead. They have gone above and beyond to offer not only my parents, but ourselves help, advice and support.
Understandably my elderly parents were reluctant to accept help and were wary of having people other than family around their
house. However, from the word go their caregiver made them feel at ease, and now they really enjoy her company while she is busy doing chores around the house on their behalf.
Recently when an emergency arose their caregiver and the whole HI team did all that they could to offer help and support. We could not have asked for more and are very appreciative and grateful to them.

My elderly mother recently died aged 96 having suffered from Alzheimers and Parkinsons for the last few years. For a start, my mother hated having people in her home, but because Home Instead provided continuity of staff (as far as possible) the carers were able to build a good rapport until in the
end, they were more like friends, and she was glad of their company. Lastly, as my mother deteriorated, they managed to arrange extra visits at short notice and any issues were flagged and dealt with. Home Instead carers and management enabled her to stay at home, until the end and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Overall service was good, with information and set up of service. Flexibility for service times was good. Certain carers in attendance were really good and gave my Mum support and help, doing their best. For improvement, communication to and from your centre could be a hit and miss e.g. Not informing
change of carers. We did ask for certain criteria, however, emergency facilitates the need (carers going sick). Would recommend the service onwards, but would speak of lessons learned.

Home Instead enabled my mother to remain in her own home for several more months when we otherwise would have had to put her in a care home. The carer very quickly struck up a warm relationship with my mother and was able to help with bathing and other personal care. Just a few hours a week took a
