    The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
    Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
    We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

We have been using Alina Homecare services since October 2020 due to my wife having MS and Dementia. The first services we used were companion care provided and attended mainly by one member of staff in particular. Extremely impressed with everything done by her and the other care workers. Services
provided after December includes companion care and twice-daily visits. Pleasant staff and everyone involved in my wife's care a true lifeline and a demanding job which everyone in attendance never shows signs of not wanting to assist. We have all taken a liking to everyone who has visited and always a pleasure to see each of them. Highly recommend this company. Thank you so so much.

A very professional and friendly company. They are very caring to my mum. They contact me if ever there is a problem. I get sent a weekly rota with the names and times the carers will be calling. They regularly review mum's needs. All in all a wonderful service, I would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the service provided. We have never had any problems with times of visits. When we have had problems with Mom's health, they are so quick to react to the situation and contact us. Always able to contact them even out of hours. Mom is always happy to see them, they always treat her
like she is their own family. They have also given the family so much support when we have needed advice. Thank you to the manager and your team.

All the carers that come to see to my wife are very caring and polite; she can be very hard to deal with at times, but the staff are very good with her. They tell me when she needs anything doing or order tablets/cream for her.

My dad has been having regular care from Alina for nearly 6 months. He consistently sees the same carers, and I get sent a rota every week, so I know who is going. As he has dementia so having the same carers most days is great, as he needs people who can get to know him, and can deal with the sometimes
strange things that are consequences of his illness. When I have needed to speak to the office to change the days we have the carers, I have found the company to be very flexible, always helping me if we need extra help and not charging me if I have cancelled care for any reason, for example taking Dad on holiday. If I've asked the carers to do any specific jobs they have been happy to help. I was really apprehensive about choosing care for my dad, but having Alina visit has given me great peace of mind and relieved pressure on us as a family allowing my dad to stay at home safely, which is what he wants.

Our relatively independent 93 year old mother suffered a catastrophic fall back in April 2020, rendering her completely dependent upon others to meet her most basic needs. In possession of her mental faculties, Mum (and we) had to come to terms with her being hoisted, which was a massive adjustment
to make both physical and emotional. My sister and I can confirm that the high dependency package of care provided by Alina is second to none, having witnessed their kindness, respect and compassion first hand. New to the concept of home care, the day we managed to transfer our mother's care to Alina was a day for celebration. Everyone we spoke to prior echoed the same comment 'Your mum will be in safe hands with Alina.' Carers are clearly highly experienced, confident and efficient, yet our mother confirms she never feels rushed, which is reassuring. Both carers and office colleagues are friendly and willing to listen and react to any questions we may have. We are 100% happy with Alina of Bromsgrove.

Good and caring workers. Good communication with office staff.
I am very grateful for the care and dedication of the staff throughout these very difficult times. The staff are well trained. I like having regular carers who understand my care needs. I was particularly impressive when one of my carers
reacted very quickly during an emergency and called the paramedics when I needed help.

My father has been receiving care from Alina for several years, and I can’t fault the kindness, compassion and support they give on a daily basis.
In particular, during the last few months when family and friends gave been unable to visit, the carers have been a vital lifeline to Dad, and I know he
has really valued their company when they visit.
The communication from the office has been brilliant - I have always been informed when there is a problem, and equally, when I have wanted something, they have been quick to help.

During my family's time over many years with Alina Homecare, they have been respectful, efficient, very caring and polite to my father, who has double sensory loss. They contact us promptly on any subject or situation which arises regarding Dad. He is very happy with all the carers that visit him five
days a week and calls them his little angels! We have recently requested 45-minute lunch calls Monday to Friday, which have been a great success, putting more structure into my father's daily routine. This regime was put into place immediately by the manager at the Bromsgrove Office following my urgent request. Thank you.

My brother has been receiving care for about two years now since being incapacitated by arthritis and neuropathy. His care has always been first class - nothing seems to be too much trouble. He recently fell ill. Alina handled everything, liaising with NHS and paramedics and providing sensible reviews
of his medical progress thereby relieving me of considerable pressure. Everything is handled in a relaxed and cheerful manner by carers through to management.

Since Dad has been receiving his care with Alina Care, we have been mainly been confident and pleased in the level of care he receives, when I have needed to speak up about any small tweaks they have been listened to and mainly obliged. The care staff are wonderful and there smiling facing as they come
through the door, puts a smile on Dad's face and made what can be a long day seem so much better. The care team are professional and caring, and responsive to Dad's needs and wants. I have found as his daughter and person who supports dad in speaking up and having his say, we tend to mostly have any requests in his care changed and if we don’t they tend to have a reason why it’s not able to happen. My only negative and when I asked dad his thoughts was, the consistency of staff at times, Dad does like his favourites, doesn’t like too many changes, and can get upset when doesn’t have his regular support care who know him, and his little ways or how not to cook his pasty.

I would like to thank all at Alina for the care and support you give to my mum since she had her stroke in the spring of this year. The Carers at Alina are very reliable and are always willing to do all that they can to make my mum as comfortable as possible. The office is always helpful especially

Alina Care provides my mum with personal care and support, giving myself and my brother peace of mind knowing she is being looked after. Mum often tells me how she has had a laugh with her carers which is so important, especially during the difficult times we are all facing and with shielding mum. They
treat her with dignity and both the carers and colleagues in the office are happy to adapt mum’s care package as and when necessary. They are friendly and happy to listen and support not only mum but also myself. Thank you all for your kindness and care over the last 18 months.

I just wanted to thank Alina, Bromsgrove for the care, consideration and respect with which the company treats both my mother and my family. The carers visiting my mother's home are always sensitive to her needs and attentive to her living environment - attending to anything that can improve her daily
life - food, walks, personal hygiene etc. I also have confidence in the office staff at Bromsgrove and feel we have built up a good working relationship. I am able to discuss the changing needs of my 97-year-old mother in the knowledge that the staff will do their utmost to accommodate any alterations to her care programme. I would like therefore to extend my thanks and sincere appreciation for all they do for us hoping they all keep safe (and sane) in this very demanding world we are presently experiencing.

After suffering from a stroke in February 2020, my mum returned home to receive full care, 4 double visits per day.
Having been disabled all her life yet very independent the thought of 'strangers' coming into the home for Mum and my family was a lot to comprehend. From the first moment the girls stepped
foot into the house, they were completely empathetic and compassionate. Mum has built up a fantastic relationship with the girls and looks forward to their visits every day. The level of care and compassion that each of the carers show towards Mum and my dad each and every day is truly commendable. Only a few weeks after Mum returned home, the UK declared its lockdown, we were unable to visit and support Mum and Dad in the ways we normally would. Knowing Alina Homecare were going in daily was a huge comfort to us, knowing that Mum's personal care and hygiene would be their top priority and given that she was confined to her bedroom and no-one else could visit they keep her (and my dad!!) sane!! THANK YOU FROM US ALL.
All the carers are fantastic, but I would especially like to shout out to the two who do Mum's morning calls. I cannot thank these girls enough for the hardwork and care they put into their job. Myself & my sisters cannot thank you enough.
I would also like to highlight how great the back office staff are. From the moment we were referred to Alina, a member of staff came out to meet my mum in hospital. He was compassionate and helped us to fully understand what home care entailed, and was really professional. The office staff have also been especially helpful. Over the phone during all hours of the day they have supported us with any queries we've had and have come out to do several home visits, ensuring that they had met with my mum making us feel confident they had that personal touch. During the worldwide pandemic we are all faced with - they have not once let us down! THANK YOU!!

Alina Homecare has taken over my care package for about a month now and after a month,
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Throughout my life I've needed care, I'm regularly on bedrest, and if I don't have everything to hand, I find it awkward to reach said item. There have been situations
like I've got my remote out of reach so have called the carers to help after they had left and they have come back no questions asked.
Another situation is I forgot to cancel a call and went shopping, no moans or groans about it but the carers came in, did my tea and left it on the side for me ready to eat when I got back. It's the little things that make the biggest impressions. Excellent service going above and beyond.
