    The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
    Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
    We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

As having to use care providers for my parents, one has dementia, the other with mobility issues the care Alina Care at Bromsgrove has given has been far better than I expected in the fact that as its the first time we have needed care. The requirements have changed sometimes weekly and Alina has accommodated
this without issues. Being self-funding we are more than happy with the service provided.

I have been with Alina Homecare Bromsgrove for a little while now having been with two previous Care firms. I can honestly say that Alina Homecare has worked extremely hard to fit my needs, and there are many.
If I can give just one example of excellence from my main Carer. Just this morning I had
an Epileptic Seizure whilst she was there, I don’t usually have them during the day so it was out of the blue. She controlled the situation without any fuss or bother and I was able to recover without the usual embarrassed feelings as if nothing had happened.
She made me feel human and ok about myself.
Be it was her own good nature or staff training! I’m certainly glad I’m being looked after by my carers.

We have been with the company for 2 years, when they took over from our previous company. The changeover was managed well and helped by the majority of staff joining Alina. Our needs have been delivered efficiently and effectively and occasional additional and overnight cover has been managed with appropriate
staff. Communication by telephone and email has been responded to politely and with humour.
Care staff have been excellent. Regular, familiar staff have shown gentleness, humour and have often gone beyond their official duties in order to meet mom's needs. They have become part of our family, which I welcomed. Even when mom was being difficult, they have shown patience and cajoling to get her cooperation.
Recently, mom died and we were able to manage her needs until the end. I am very grateful for their support. Thank you.
