The staff are amazing and so good with my dad, always cheer him up.
Sometimes the timing isn't great but I think that they just overrun. But overall good.

We are very satisfied with the carer who visit my father. We appreciate the continuity of mostly having the same carers who have got to know him. We have the peace of mind of knowing someone will see him and report anything that may be amiss. It would be helpful, however, if we were able to access the
system from our home. Good, cheerful company is very important to housebound folk.

Both my husband and I are very impressed with the standard of care we receive. The carers are cheerful, polite and treat us with consideration. Nothing is too much trouble and they always check with us that everything has been done.

Mel Marriott

Having worked in roles from Care Assistant to NVQ Assessor and over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Mel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells teams.


Mel's childhood dream was to become a nurse however after starting a family, she made the decision to pursue a career in healthcare as a carer and has never looked back.


She firmly believes in career development and has a number of qualifications including an NVQ 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care along with NVQ Assessor and QA awards.


Mel chose to join the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells team because of our excellent reputation and is passionate about delivering premium quality homecare services throughout the local area.


In her spare time, Mel fills her hours playing mum to two wonderful children!
