My carer lives up to that word. She does really care whether I'm pleased or not. When she can't obtain what I ask for when shopping, she uses her bain to buy an alternative and quite often it's an improvement. With cleaning, she gets on with it and makes no fuss or complaint. When I've complained about
another carer, she has doubled her effort to put things right. She doesn't hang about chatting but actually gets on with the work, although she does have meaningful conversations towards the end of her visit. She is not critical of me despite my many faults.

My mum was very weak but desperate to leave hospital. She knew the end was near and wanted to be at home. Thank goodness I called Bluebird Care. The problems disappeared and Mum was home a couple of days later. The care she was given was sympathetic and tireless. All the carers were friendly and helpful
and made me feel supported after a long time of managing alone. Sadly, my mother passed away a few weeks later. Again, Bluebird helped me deal with things and got me through those terrible hours when I felt too overwhelmed to think. I recommend them to anyone.

After contacting the staff at Bluebird she has provided us with a helpful understanding service regarding our needs.
The three carers we have been in contact with have been very helpful and respectful.
I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs that extra help in looking after a loved one.

From the first phone call, when I called in tears to ask for help with my father, Bluebird Care has been absolutely brilliant. They managed to find the time for the deputy care manager to come and see us that day (Friday) and care was put into place for my father starting in the morning the next day!
The deputy care manager was so professional, caring and extremely thorough and we felt, right from the start, that we had found the best care company for us. All the carers that we have met, so far, have been lovely, extremely kind, caring and gentle with my father who suffers from advanced vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease. It is so comforting to know that we are in such good hands. Thank you Bluebird, your team is amazing!

We are very grateful for everything Bluebird Care did for us, the family, in the provision of care for my mother-in-law. They found us an excellent live-in carer who looked after our mother for a year and three months. They had similar senses of humour and had many moments of hilarity, which were shared
with the family. Over this period, they grew very fond of each other and my mother-in-law trusted her implicitly.
When this carer had her holiday breaks, Bluebird Care found us excellent replacements. Later, as my mother-in-law's health deteriorated, her live-in carer took increasingly excellent care of Mum, attending to all her needs.
Bluebird Care arranged all required NRS equipment and had Mum's medication reviewed and arranged for an at-home hearing test.
We are so grateful to Bluebird Care for enabling my mother-in-law's wish to remain at home, up to her passing. Thank you so much.

I have carers coming in to see me every other day. They help me with my personal problems. I find that the carers are excellent and help me out around the house I don’t have any problems with the staff and management.

All staff we met were kind and empathetic - both with my mother and also with us. The manager was able to be flexible to accommodate my mother's increasing needs and their care enabled us to fulfil Mum's wish to spend her last days at home, for which we are all very grateful.

My carers all respect my need for independence and leave me to manage independently as far as I can, although they must itch to intervene at times. I recognise that my urge to be independent must be really irritating at times. They are always cheerful and cooperative and responsive to any requests I
make. They are also friendly and communicative which has eased our relationship.
I have been a little worried that I was asking them to do more than they should. They have always reassured me as to what was acceptable and this has been a great relief and help.
They all have a lovely, friendly attitude which has led to trust and a genuine feeling of relaxation between us.

We're very happy with the support Bluebird Care has provided over the last several weeks. The carers are kind and supportive and have provided exemplary care for my mother, who is very grateful for their help. The staff have also been quick to respond to our needs at short notice and flexible with respect

We've had a live-in carer for my mum from Bluebird Care, and it has been excellent.
My mum has and continues to make good progress.
The main carer is very diligent and caring and is of a positive nature.
She works very hard and is proactive in suggesting activities, exercise and foods, asking
me to supply ingredients so she can cook meals from scratch instead of relying on ready meals.

Bluebird Care have been wonderful, they provided at very last minute, live-in care for my dad following an operation. The care and support that was provided was spot-on for his needs and management were always quick to respond to any queries.

Bluebird Care have been amazing in helping Dad to stay in his home for longer. He loved all the carers and looked forward to their visits every day.
The carer has been amazing from her first visit to arrange Dad's care to making arrangements when Dad left to go into a home. She is always quick to

Bluebird provides excellent care for my mum and all members of the team are a pleasure to deal with - both those that come to her house and everyone in the main office. Mum's regular carer is particularly good at cooking her a delicious meal and she enjoys his company. Living over 3 hours away from
Mum, I feel reassured Bluebird are 100% reliable and will be there to care for Mum when she needs it. The management staff are very responsive to requests, efficient and easy to discuss Mum's care with. Thank you, everyone...you are all very much appreciated.

I have finally got round to saying that big thank you for supporting my mother and myself over the years that you cared for her and particularly over the last two when her situation became very difficult. She did not want to go into a care home and you managed to help me avoid that.
I knew I could
always rely on you to turn up whatever else was happening, be on time, cheerful and efficient. The care was always completed before leaving, often going beyond what was expected and performed in a kind and patient manner, even when Mum was perhaps not the easiest. You helped her keep her dignity and as much independence as she could have.
You were a such a great support for myself too, you give a bespoke service, nothing was ever too much trouble, never once did I feel we were too much, any problem thrown your way was solved. I could not have done it without you, you were brilliant.

Bluebird have provided excellent care for my late wife for many years. I asked them to do the same for me as I live on my own. Also, unlike other carers, they are happy to send a carer for 45 minutes rather than a minimum of two hours.

My mum has been receiving care from Bluebird for several years and regarded the carers as her second family. They have consistently shown her love and helped her keep a good degree of independence and given her companionship as well as a high standard of care. The office, too, have been incredibly supportive
and efficient in liaising with the GP and pharmacy on medications where needed. Anything needed was always slotted into place so quickly. I have never had to wait for the phone to be answered. I cannot really write the peace of mind that this care has afforded me while I was at a distance. I have to say a particular thank you to the carers who were with my mum on the day of her passing, the love, dignity and gentleness that they gave to her before and when the ambulance crews arrived were as if she was their own mother. They have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot rate Bluebird highly enough, I will always be grateful to them.

Bluebirds have been outstanding.
My mother was in a very difficult place emotionally and physically. My father was needing increasing support and a brief hospital stay made us all realise that my mother being the only career was not sustainable.
Bluebirds stepped in within 3 weeks to turn this situation
around and the professionalism and training of each carer have been “breathtaking”.
I live overseas and to be able to keep track on the app of what the carers are doing is incredibly reassuring.
It’s difficult to put into words how much “peace of mind” having Bluebirds backup is giving me.
