I have been using this care agency for the past 4 years and have found them all to be kind and courteous to both my parents. First of all my mum had the wonderful carers whilst struggling with dementia and once she went into residential care Caring Direct took over my Dads care. Nothing is too much
trouble in a industry which is not easy. I have found all members of staff, not only showed and is showing, my parents respect but also have time for the family.

Disappointed.
Decided to appoint this agency for my mother's care and subsequently regretted this decision within one week. Care started on a Saturday in October, having paid 7 days in advance for two carers for 30 minutes. The first few days were a learning curve for both. Subsequently, by the Wednesday,
a visit was completed in 15 minutes with tasks not done and again on the Thursday, the visit was rushed and my mother did not feel bathed. Upon raising this with the office they stated that the minimum payment is 30 minutes not the visit. Luckily we decided to record the visits. Nice girls, more training required and with all my mother's grandchildren at universities, these recordings could be coming to a social media near you soon. My thoughts? Pro-rata probably the dearest "care" company.
